They had just got thru a mad rush of people. It was 4am and they were obviously exhausted yet they still greeted me with a warm smile, like I was the first customer of the day. She even brought my order outside, where I was waiting, when it was done and didn't forget a thing! It was an awesome change from the daily grumpy everyday everywhere.
Very bad experience. Waited almost 10 minutes for an employee to come from the back.other patrons were being loud to get someone's attention. I finally went to leave as an employee finally came from the back. With an attitude. I decided not to give them my business and left. While the employee and another customer argued. I have no intention to give them another chance.
They refuse to answer their phone. Tried to place orders multiple times with zero success. Then the one time they answered the phone, the lady was rude and hung up on me before I got a chance to even answer her. Why is it that you can't place an order over the phone? Some people are at work and don't have the time to sit and wait on the food to be made. Just all around horrible service and rude employees.
The food I consumed was like a orgasm in my stomach. The waffle had exquisite heart, hints of various grains and fruits -- not the least of them century aged peaches -- and the legs left me yearning for one more. The minuscule and yet, powerful smell of greasy food and hard work reflected the true meaning of elbow grease. The staff showed me upmost respect. From the moment I walked in, to the time I left I felt as if the house of waffles was my own home of waffles. I would have stayed longer but for the overpowering atmosphere of divinity crumbling my mind. In all my numerous years in the food critic industry, I have never been to a better place to eat. I highly recommend this house of waffles with the excellent experience I had at this beautiful glowing house of cooked batter, I would most definitely go here again. I know all of you plebians may not appreciate good food when you taste it, but I do. Unfortunately my inheritance was recently stolen by my conniving rat of a brother, Losoulle, but otherwise I would hire this "House of Waffles" as my private restaurant. Joyous Day.
This Waffle house in Fairfield, does a great job with the food and service, very professional and friendly, there is one server name Jill that does an exceptional job. My wife and I appreciate it. Thank you Waffle house and Jill.
Came here bc the one in Hamilton was out of toppings food was on point night shift cook Jesse was amazing the service was bomb I'll just make the drive from now on for the better quality

The sorry fat blonde complained about everything!! She even stated out of 5 days she works she will NEVER ANSWERE THE PHONE for a call-in order! This dump doesn't even deserve one star!! A waitress talked for 10-15 mins b4 she took my order. I ordered a all star. I get the food the waffle was have way done the eggs were cold grits were cold then didn't even get my ham til I was almost done eating I sent the eggs back and grits!
The service was quick, the food was great and our server was phenomenal! I wish I remembered her name but she is the older lady that worked tonight! But an overall great experience at this place tonight !
