good service and I got my coffee quickly and the order was right. I dont know what else you could really ask for
They almost always make my (rather nit picky) chai properly. Also, everyone is soooo friendly! I go out of my way and pass two more Sirens to hit up this one regularly.

Ordered two Carmel brulee both didn't taste much like one. One was mainly milk and other was strong. No brulee taste. Would of took back but it was rush hr traffic. One was for me and other I took home. Very disappointed. When your paying that much for coffee you expect it to be done right. I go there all the time. Sometimes good and some time not. But not as bad as today. 12/30/21
There is a sweet young lady there who I usually see in the evenings. Not trying to shade but almost every time I go there otherwise my drink is made incorrectly, however...when she is there my drink is always right and heavenly. She is always so polite. She works the window at drive thru so she may not make the drink idk but kudos to whoever made my drink tonight. It was coffee perfection

Did not put brown sugar in brown sugar drink. Also have stupid names for sizes. What the eff is a venti? Will be going to speedway from now on for coffee.

So you’re out of cake pops, that’s fine I can deal. However, you can’t see the menu from the order speaker so making another decision is not easy. Also, staff wasn’t helpful at all only information given was “were out of cake pops, want anything else?”. I wouldn’t exactly call them friendly or upbeat. Finally, it was my first time here and probably my last because of how the drive thru is setup and the attitude the drive thru attendant gave.
