A definite locals pub, hole in the wall. No one at the front bar to greet me, but luckily Samantha waved me over to the other side of the establishment and helped. Outstanding service by her.Burger was solid, good flavor. Would have liked more local flavor on the beer selection though.
Music is nice, good is decent..*most of the staff are nice. I haven't been back there in a few months so I'm hoping some new rules have been put in place.They were letting employees drink on the job. One employee I know of was using hard drugs and had a gun on property. The kitchen was not being cleaned routinely or properly. First few times there were great and then I saw and heard everything that was going on "behind the scenes". Really hope the owners clean the place up, has real potential.
My 1st visit made me go back a 2nd time. The staff was awesome. I was in town on business and I was treated like I had been a regular for years. Even the regulars that was seated at the bar was really friendly as well. Now, as far as the food ? I got the rib-eye in a wrap loaded and the flavoring was nice - I definitely would have a steak sandwich or steak here before I would go to most of the chain steak restaurants. The asthenosphere was pleasant and smoke free.
The girl working the bar was nice, pleasant and quite personable. Some beer sloshed out of a bottle when she set it down, a very minute amount and she apologized 10x and gave me that beer. I hadn't noticed or cared but she sure did, it was refreshing to see someone that cared about doing a good job, it wasn't even a sip of beer but she personified excellent service.
Rick's Tavern is a great place to meet friends, eat and enjoy live music!! Their food is always good, especially the rib dinner and the vegetable beef soup!!The owners and staff seem to always go above and beyond for their customers.
I recently joined the Rick's Tavern VIP Club. Upon joining I received a few offers for discounted menu items with one of the offers being buy any burger/sandwich and get one free. My wife and I went for dinner and I must say the burger I had was excellent along with the service from the staff member (Jessica H.) who waited our table.
Our server/bartender was awesome. The food was good. And the prices were great also. I will return.

Started going to Rick's to watch football, they have a ton of TV's and have all the games on. Jeff was our server and was AWESOME!!!! We go there every week and always have a great time, great food, the whole team makes you feel like your family!Thanks for the great service guys!!!!!!
