My husband and I were just driving through and we're looking for a place to eat. The outside of the place was decent and not too intimidating. So we stopped in. When we arrived it was quiet and only a couple of tables occupied in the half-diningroom that was open. Good thing we got there when we did because we seemed to just barely beat the after-soccer game rush that quickly filled every open seat right after we put in our orders up at the counter. You order and pay up front then you get a number and food is brought to you when it is ready. It's a nice system.The people who work here are magical, kind and need raises immediately. If I was reviewing the wait-staff alone it would be a 5 star rating.The food was ok. I ordered the Italian salad and loaded fries. It was just very average food. Fries needed something. They weren't very loaded. The salad was decent. I liked the smaller hunks of lettuce and the olives. The dressing was tasty but also very oily. My husband ordered a white sauce pasta dish that was also just ok and a bit underwhelming.The place is cozy but the decor is outdated. I did like the Easter decorations that were up. Very nice and in good taste.Overall a good experience with almost-good food. The staff made the day.
From the reviews this place has the best steak hoagie around, not the case. I placed an order at 7pm an the person stated it would take 20 minutes. I asked what comes on it. An she stated mushroom sauce, onions,and pickles. I said no pickles. I also asked for cheese. She said anything else. I said fries an could I have them loaded she said yes..2 kinds of cheese an bacon..I said thank you an see you in 20 minutes. I got there paid for the order an received my order an out the door.I got home an it was just a mess. The steak hoagie had a pound of raw onions..no mushroom sauce an no cheese. It was horrible.it looked as if it was in the warmer for an hour or so.I would not feed that hoagie to my next door neighbors dog..the fries had limited cheese an were not fresh. They were soft an not warm. This experience was not what I expected. If your doing take-out from here check your order before you leave do not take it for granted that the order is correct an prepared fresh.
Richard's Pizza of Hamilton, Ohio is the best pizza in southwestern Ohio. Although they are famous for their steak. Hoagies, their pizza excels! I've been buying Richard's Pizza for over 30 years and I drive 20 mi each direction from home in order to pick up a fresh pizza to go from their Fairfield Ohio location. That location has a large dining room and is large enough so you could take your group there for a pizza party. Check out Richard's Pizza, Hamilton, Ohio you'll be glad you did
Known for having the best steak sandwiches in town. Their world famous sandwiches are layered with onions, cheese, sauce and pickles...they never disappoint. Combo that with a large pizza and start your Friday night tradition! YUMMY!
No heat in the place first of all (came in the winter). Pizza was so so, not awful. Though I've had frozen pizza that are better. Forget about the sides, mushy microwaved fries with bacon and cheese only scant in the center, served in black tupperware. Salad was also a joke, portions are weak. Spent $70, will not be back. Fairfeild pizza is much more reasonably-priced and tastes better.
Great sandwiches and alright pizza. Seriously though on those sandwiches, knock it off with the ten pounds of onions. It’s a bit much but good!
I grew up eating at Richard's, and when I come back home, I always stop in for a steak sandwich or a spaghetti dinner. To bad they don't have one in Florida. Best place to eat and none others matches them.
Stopped for something quick yet a little light; shared steak sandwich, bag of chips with a soda each. Very light patronage, mid afternoon, between lunch & afternoon start of rush. Still one of our faoritesteak sandwiches.Love there lazagnia, spaghetti & otherdishes ; also there vegies pizzas with pinnaple. Heat was out today but wasn't to bad.
Celebrated Patsy's birthday with friends and family. Had private party room.Food was great as usually.
