Pretty new facility. Access to facility from street is very good. Facility very neat, organized well, clean. Very courteous service. Shared a 6 piece chicken meal (2 senior citizens). Chicken was very good, each piece about 4-5 inches long. Fries very good, not creamy. Cole slaw very good. Bread, crust & bread very soft, like a piece of soft buttered garlic bread.We shall return, maybe a 4 piece next time.
We came for a day trip to the Cincinnati zoo and I had seen cane’s hyped so hard on social media, so I was insanely excited to eat here….and I was highly disappointed with not only the food but the experience too! We cashier seemed to be high or something…we had to basically spell out our orders for 4 people….and they still messed up our order a bit….but a party ahead of us ordered like 8 meals…once we got our food the tenders were soggy not crispy at all and the tenders were pretty small…they gave us an insane amount of fries that were also not crispy they too were soggy and cold! The cane’s sauce was just okay didn’t have much flavor….very disappointed! Maybe just a bad location? Maybe one day we will try a different location…
Love every second of waiting for my delicious order they take there time and skill to make my food it’s 12 outta 10 every time??
I used to just drive by this place every day thinking oh it's just chicken tenders. Cane's sauce is amazing and the tenders are top quality. They even give a huge slab of toast with your order that I would strongly suggest cutting or breaking open like a hotdog bun inserting a tender and pouring a little cane's sauce on top talk about heaven.
Chicken strips, Texas toast, fries? and there cane's sauce are the only things on the menu, besides drinks.. It's almost always Hot! fresh! n, good! You can't go wrong with chicken strips and some canes sauce with toast I think it's pretty darn good!?F.Y.I If you are not going to eat right away my tip is open the box the strips are in to keep them crispy just a little sumn I learned✌️
We ordered food and sat down to eat with no instructuon that we could not eat inside. Asked to leave mid meal by a polite gentleman but a lady behind the counter was making rude conversation as if we were supposed to know we can't eat inside. Most establishments are open to eat inside at this point. Not a pleasant experience.
I had two separate orders at the drive-through with two separate receipts. Needless to say they bag the food together and you tell me these people get paid $15 an hour wow! Looks like they need some common sense more than they need money.
Will get 5 stars when you offer more than one sauce....I can't stand the stuff you make. Never consistant...most important thing in food industry next to cleanliness....but the food is always hot n good,,cept the sauce !!
Gonna stop going there. When they first opened they were the bomb. Nice amount of food, nice size chicken tenders and fresh, hot fries. Now you get half the size chicken fingers and this little amount of fries. My last 3 strips were just a slight size longer than my thumb. Totally ridiculous for the price
I wasn't impressed honestly. The food was mediocre and we were told it was prepared ahead of time. Everyone loves a soggy chicken tender.
