Why is this place still open? Management is terrible but I guess that's what happens when everyone that works there is a teenager. Wait Time is horrible they make you wait while you can hear them having conversations with each other in the intercom. Food was dry and tasted old terrible attitudes....go to the Popeyes on Princeton you will still wait but they are short staffed however the food is still fresh and the workers are great
Great food Food! Love the spicy Chicken and Red Beans and Rice!
I ordered 8 PC nugget and red beans and rice. The nuggets were dry and had to much breading on them. Had to pick off the breading in order to get to chicken. The rice was crunchy under cooked. The service was just horrible. The staff will leave you sitting in the drive thru for extended amount of time. The staff carries conversations with each other right in the microphone they will not wait on you till done. I will not be visiting this location again. Thank goodness there are other locations available to get some good food.
Looks like a lot of new faces in here. That was definitely needed! Our whole meal was actually fresh and the staff was friendly and interactive for once. Awesome job on the improvement guys!!!!!!!
Food was good but they was out of red beans and rice you was out of chicken sandwiches I did a online order got there they was out of everything I ordered was supposed to get a free chicken sandwich but got nothing but what they did have was delicious
On January 29th approximately 4:00 p.m. I pulled up to the Fairfield township Popeyes Fairfield Ohio there was no one at the speaker and there was only one car in the parking lot I pulled up to the speaker set their approximately 2 minutes no one said anything I said hello one time about 10 seconds later a female voice came on and said I know you're there you don't have to say hello to me I was like wow why are you being rude. She said I know you're there you don't have to say hello. I immediately ask for the manager there is no reason to be rude and no reason for me to be sitting there and you not saying hello as soon as I pull up I was thinking. She says I am the manager so I continue to ask for corporate's number she said I cannot and will not give you corporates number I don't care so I said okay that's fine I can Google it so I continued to Google the corporate office's number she has still not asked me what I would like to order but what she did say was if you think I'm going to let you sit on my speaker and report me to corporate you're crazy you're running up my time you need to move I said well what about my order she said please get out of my parking lot I continued to contact corporate and make the report I did leave like she asked driving really slow through the drive-thru area still no one in front of me and no one behind me and one car in the parking lot there was no one in the Drive-Thru window no one except one person gentleman sitting in the window in the dining room. What's crazy is I really like Popeye's food but on this day their service sucked I would not allow a manager to talk to anyone that way very rude and disrespectful and definitely not what Popeye's standards are all about.

Poor management, the wait time was highly unnecessary considering my friend and I were the only 2 in the lobby, and 3 cars in the drive thru, staff was standing around hardly communicating, and the prep table had old food all over it. The food was semi decent and the lobby was spotless so that's why I give it a star. Over all, I wouldn't recommend because there are places around there with better food, staffing conduct and wait times. I can understand not having alot of help but when you're not that busy at all, there is no excuse!
No Mac and cheese. The substitute (chicken tenders and fries) sucked. Cold and seemed old. Only one sandwhich had pickles on it. One of the sandwiches had a long brown or black hair in it. My son was disgusted. I called up and was supposed to get a new one made but my son told me not to go back. For the price I paid for the food I'm disappointed. We'll be going to a different location next time. ??♀️???With everything being an app order. Something should have been changed on your app or someone call to let me know that I wasn't going to be able to get what I wanted and paid for. Also don't tell me if I ask about a difference in the price that you won't charge me more for inconvenience, when all the other Kids meals are cheaper anyways.
The lady in drive thru was so rude and it's happened more then once. I honestly just won't come here anymore when I can drive across town and get better service. The food is decent but they forget something everytime I stop here.
