We ordered online fir this location after an hour and a half wait and several calls later. I drove to the store only to find it was CLOSED (@430pm??) a nail salon worker next door on break said they're closed and people have been showing up all day angry because their orders were taken, money was taken and no delivery, including some poor man who placed a large order for his daughter's birthday. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION

Absolutely do not even order from this location. I ordered in app. Not only did the food not arrive, they charged me and kept the money.Phone kept ringing. Hours trying to get through. Sent a message to corporate. Only got the auto response of "They should reply in a couple of business days." Someone named Nicole tried to contact me via phone despite my request asking email. Never heard anything again.They'll take your money and never deliver. Avoid like the plague. You won't so much as hear a thing.

I Order cheese pizza which is always burnt so I thought maybe they don't put enough cheese on it so I ordered extra cheese. Still BURNT!! I tell the lady (Aleesha)she tells me that's how it's suppose to look!! REALLY! I don't think so.i told her I got one from the one on pleasant ave and it was perfect.she gets defensive right away and says " all ovens are different"after a few min. Of back and forth she said she would make it over.i said please do.. she threw the burnt pizza on the counter behind her. Makes the pizza over drops it on the counter and turns away. Slams the 1st pizza into the trash..I look at it and it's perect!! I said thank you mamm..she didn't turn around and didn't respond to me. Wow.. now I'm looking for a different pizza hut!!

Ordered carryout online and received a confirmation email for my pickup. Arrived at the store to pick up my order and the door was locked and lights off! This was a Friday afternoon! Called their number 4 TIMES! Was sent back to the main menu 3 times after being placed on hold. When I finally did get a hold of someone I told them to cancel my order. Seriously disappointing, especially for my students waiting at school.

So I just had the worst confusing situation ever and still no results, I placed my order at 4:05pm I received my receipt and email stated food was received and estimated time of delivery one said 4:32 the other 4:35 it became 5:30 no food , no movement on the tracker after going in oven, no call from the store . I called the store which took me to a call center I was transferred 5 times in on phone call to a store that never picked up and I keep getting told that they can see my order is late…. After the 5th time of about to cancel I’ve decided I can’t do this anymore and canceled my order … I am far from happy

They sent order late. Did not send all the food. Refuse to answer the phone! I suggest you actually pick it up and check it. Would give zero stars but it doesnt allow!

The pizza was gross. The stuffed crust wasnt done completely and it was full of sauce(I asked for very light sauce) and the other pizza was sloppily made and didnt taste very well either.

According to the tracker for my order it was supposed to be delivered at 740pm. I began trying to call to cancel my order at 810pm. I was on the phone for 35 minutes and transferred 5 times. The driver finally showed up at 840 and I refused the delivery. In that process dominoes showed up within 25 minutes of placing my order. I will never order or eat at Pizza Hut again.

Ordered online a large order for pickup. Arrive at store and was told my total was 1/2 the price I paid on the app. Another employee comes out saying they had to cancel the wings order. I had no call no warning and that was the reason we ordered Pizza Hut.
