I bought cheese steak and a half of gallon of fresh squeeze lemonade, the guy put little bit lemonade into the plastic bottle and complete it with water. It doesn't taste like lemonade at all or I paid almost $7 for it. I'll come back to the restaurant tomorrow to have you guys change it or my money back.Next time I will insist to taste it before have you close the bottle.Horrible customer service ??????
Terrible. Waited over 30 minutes for a sandwich that was ready the whole time. If i hadn't started asking questions i would still be there. Never going back there. The guy who waited on me took my money and never even looked to see if the food was done (which it was) and then he disappeared to the back. Incompetent for real.
Had the worse experience ONCE again at this particular location. I ordered my food and was told to go down to pay. I stood there for about 5 minutes and wasn’t acknowledged. I was fine because they were busy so I patiently waited. Another customer ordered after me and walked down to pay. Mind you I had my wallet out AND my debit card visibly showing to pay. A worker (female) walks over to register, looked at me and asked the customer who ordered after me to come up and pay.I immediately said “Um I’ve been standing here waiting for over 5 minutes to pay and nobody has acknowledge me” she stated “oh I didn’t see you but let her pay first and I’ll get with you”. Wow! How did you not see me? I had my wallet out AND my debit card out standing in front of the register closest to the drink machine with a white jacket on.. how did you not see me waiting? Of course I was annoyed and was just ready to leave. The girl working the register had the nerve to have an attitude with me because I was a upset with the bad customer service.The first bad experience was them messing up my order completely and I’m not the one to ask for a new order but this one wasn’t made correctly and wasn’t grilled so I asked for a new sandwich and the guy working stated “it’s way too busy for me to make a new one” I told him it was fine, took the sandwich, threw it away and ended up getting chipotle instead. Didn’t write a review but I definitely WILL NEVER eat at this location again. Terrible customer service both times I’ve been there!

I need to start taking pictures of the places I visit because some of them are honestly hidden from view other than a road sign which could be a little misleading but this one wasn't. It was about 50 yards off of Dixie Hwy/Rt.4 in Fairfield. Left side of road if you're heading towards the city of Hamilton, Ohio. It's definitely one of the best Penn Station restaurant I have been in. Clean, small, quiet and delicious food. You will not be disappointed.
i had the best experience at this penn station all of the employees had smiling faces and made me feel extremely welcomed! definitely only going to this penn station for now on!
Ooooh weee one of the best meals I’ve had from ANY Penn Station OMG the food was sooo hot and freash cooked to perfection im from the Trotwood area in Dayton and it’s worth the trip if they continue to cook it that way,Oh and it was a loose dog outside and one of the workers must knew it BIG German shepherd he called it and took it back to it’s owner I’m guessing that took real courage cause ain’t no way I’m grabbing a loose dog that’s not mine big as a pony nope not in my job description ? great food

Busy location. Ordering & paying went smoothly,. Wait time was good, considering their line. There were 7 employees working hard to accommodate the crowd. Everyone was friendly. Thank you for making lunch.
