I'm a huge fan of pizza in almost any variety. Papa John's has been a staple for our pizza night for the last decade. There are many locations that are close to our location and we have tried them all. This particular location is more consistent with their quality than the other locations in our area. I prefer to pickup and they are very consistent in having the pizza ready on time. Of course, the staff has been a bit overwhelmed during the last couple years but they haven't allowed that to affect the quality of their pizza. Some nights it takes a bit longer for the pizza's to be ready but they are worth the wait.
Pizza is not the size the box is stated. Bad place, I heard from other customers complain this place don't support Bengal 50% off after win.
Ordered pizza at 13:15 and now is 14:43. Called the manager and he just said sorry and hung up. My food is cold! I was 1.2miles away..
So disappointed that papa johns now uses DoorDash for delivery. Last three orders have been late and now I know why. I will no longer be ordering from papa johns which sucks because it was my go to for pizza delivery but this is our only recourse to poor service anymore.
Made me wait 30 more minutes because they didn’t have it ready. I ordered it in the app. Told to wait 44-54 min to pick up. Wait 50 min and in the app it said it was still being prepared. Thought it was a glitch but it was true didn’t even start my order till I got there . Told me they didn’t have it ready and told me to wait 30 min. Never ordering here again.
It took 2 hrs for the pizza to arrive Luke warm do not recommend this Pappy Johns. Calling corporate tomorrow getting my money back this place is a joke
Ordered a pizza and 2 liter. Tracker said 120 minutes. Got pizza after the 120 minute make. Extra sauce was not with it and pizza is luke warm. Not thrilled after 2 hours. Pizza sat on the preparing step for an hour. They should have called and told me to come get my pizza if they didnt have a driver available for an hour.
I ordered food from this Papa Johns. The driver threw our food on the porch. Additionally, they said the pizza was going to arrive in 45 minutes and it took over a hour and a half. Moreover, there was food stains all over the pizza box. Oh, and the food was cold. I called the manager and He basically made excuses and didn’t resolve the issues.
I was given a online promo code for papa John's in Fairfield ohio. I went online to place the order and it excepted the promo code but did not add the discount for the Free Medium Cheese pizza. I called the store and the manager said to call customer service cause she do not have a way to place the order. I call customer service and they transfer me back to the Fairfield location and the manager repeated herself again. I call customer service back and explain to them the discount is not being applied. I tried several different ways and still would not work. Customer service rep basically told me to bad your out of luck cause I cannot help you either. So I asked for her supervisor and she said she can't help either. Then I ask since I cannot get any assistance to remove me from their database. Now...I have an account setup with papa John's and she was still no help. Rep told me she had to go and assist other customers and hung up. Now...all this time I could have got rude but I was nice and just wanted my FREE Medium Pizza. Papa John's just lost me as a customer.
My husband and I order the same thing every time jalapeño poppers cheesesticks and pep pizza the pizza is always burnt or undercooked and th jalapeño poppers aren't cooked or just powder
