We visited today giving this location another chance after our previous visit our chicken noodle was completely just broth. Barely any noodles and absolutely no chicken. This visit the same thing happened. After bringing it to the attention of the manager who herself stated “I made it myself there were some noodles in there” she justified a 7 dollar bowl of soup by saying there was some noodles? Below is the new Tia Chicken which has no meat as well. Its a shame this restaurant continues to skip on the recipe. It could be corporate trying to save money but we will not be returning

On July 19th, I went to this Panera in Fairfield and ordered food at the kiosk like many times before. During the process, the screen kicked me out of my order so I asked one of the crew members if it was cancelled, he said yes so I left. Surprisingly, on my way home, I received an SMS saying my order was ready. Right away, I called back and the person that answered my call said “there’s no problem” and that I can “come back to get a refund” Today, July 21st , I came back and the manager said that the order was never cancelled, and they need to submit a request at the corporate office that they will evaluate if they can do a free meal for me. Free meal??? I payed for that. It wasn’t free!!!. What a waste of time!! The very poor customer service by the managers doesn’t correspond with the crews usual great service. I am still waiting for my refund

Sat at the curbside pickup 15 minutes past the “we are on the way with your order”. I went inside to pickup my order and my food was cold and just sitting by the drive thru with no one to bring it. They had to go find my order. I’m a patient person and with times being the way they are and places being under staffed I understand, but when I got inside they were fully staffed and not busy at all! HORRIBLE customer service!

I was disappointed in this store. I ordered a half of a tuna salad sandwich. The price of a whole sandwich was $8.49 (I think). I was charged $7.29 for the half. When I got the sandwich I had to lift the top to see if there was any tuna on it. There was less than 1/2 of was is usually on it and it had "spring mix" greens instead of real lettuce. I don't think I will go back to this location.

Not worth the time, whatsoever.I ordered online for rapid pickup. I received confirmation at 12:19pm that my order was ready and to go inside. I arrived inside at 12:23pm, but my food was not on the pickup rack.I waited 20 minutes before asking staff about my order. In this time, multiplr orders went out for dine in, carryout, and drive thru. The employee stated there was a delay in the online system, and my food was in line to be made. After an additional 20 minutes, I went to the counter to cancel my order. The employee standing behind the counter said the counter was no longer open, and I needed to order at the kiosk. I told her I just needed to cancel my order, and she walked to the back. All of the sudden, my food was now ready, but their story had changed. Apparently someone else had picked up my order, and they offered me cookies for compensation.I spent my entire lunch waiting in the restaurant for an order, was given multiple different stories, and left frustrated. I will not be returning to this restaurant, and I recommend you do not either.

My first time at this location. Came in with another friend of mine. Was greeted by Stephanie at the register. She was very kind and personable. I enjoy being at places where I feel my patronage is wanted. Food was delicious. Thank you Stephanie

Mother’s day brunch and we ordered a large amount of food to be delivered I even took into account they would be busy and ordered ahead of time since this location runs out of stuff OFTEN! Food shows up after buying a bagel bunch with NO cream cheese! I call and talk to Thomas “the manager” who tells me he can’t bring the cream cheese to me but will give me 2 tubs of cream cheese the next time I come in??? I tell him when I order I get the bagel bunch so can I just get the dollar amount for the 2 cream cheese since they can’t deliver and I don’t randomly need 2 tubs of cream cheese! He tells me NO! Great help, great customer service for our mother’s day brunch! Not sure if these are independently owned but will definitely go out of my way to use a different one (blue ash or west chester) who have much better customer service and always have what i’m looking for! Sad when just getting the food is difficult but then the customer service is horrible to boot!!!! Very poor business / management decision over 2 tubs of cream cheese a cost of $6.00. Very disappointing for myself and the other 20 mothers there that day!

I used to love this location as it is super close to where I live. However this morning I went in to order a bagel and my iced chai. Lady at the front counter said they were not making "blender" drinks. I clarified "oh chai is not made in a blender it's just a concentrate that you pour with milk" she just said "sorry they told me no blender drinks" so I shrugged and said "ok that's it then" when waiting for my food they called out a iced cold brew so I went up and asked "can I have a chai its not a blender drink" and the lady working the line said "oh were not doing Batista today" when we both looked down at the iced cold brew she said "oh except that one, that is the last one, we are short staffed." I then proceeded to watch an employee (for about 10 minutes) slowly eat a bunch of spilled shredded cheese off the line table.......doing nothing. So "short staffed" is also code for incompetent staff that just doesn't want to make things that they have the capacity to make but don't feel like it. Thanks

Not open when they should be with no reason given and no opening time offered. Very disappointed since this store opened. Wish they would’ve stayed on Kolb. Much much better service there!

Great food, great people working, nice ambient, great open space, lot of tables, even open for outside.
