We added our party of 5 with their online wait list and was given a wait time of 45 minutes. We ended up arriving right on time and informed the hostess... She informed us that our table still wouldn't be ready for another hour to an hour and a half!I understand the wait list time isn't guaranteed, but trying to plan out dinner with young kids we tried to plan ahead as much as we could. We were really disappointed that the estimated time wasn't even close! It would've been 9PM before we would've even sat down to order. I get that staffing is extremely difficult right now, but waiting two hours for Olive Garden seems a bit ridiculous to me. We ended up leaving and going to Carrabba's right across the street and were seated within 5 minutes... As we finished our dinner and were leaving I received a text asking if we were still dining with Olive Garden, even after letting them know to take us off the list. ?

Gets worse every time...Have been coming here once or twice a month for the last 5 months and have never had the same server/host/hostess twice.Service is usually a bit slow due to being understaffed, but today they were fully staffed and although our server only had one table at the same time as us, eventually getting a second (total of 3) for some reason she wouldn't check back on us sooner than 10-15 minutes. When you're trying to order more soup, or salad, that simply doesn't work out.Spoke to a manager who appreciated the info, but was indifferent to doing anything about the situation.Food was the same good quality so the only star here is for the kitchen. No idea why servers aren't being properly trained, but it shows in the end results and the turnover.

Had a great time. Our server Michelle was more than gracious, handled all our requests, and was an excellent waitress. The food was served hot and was excellent too.

Our waitress was great! However we were told that our wait would be 20 to 25 minutes by the young lady that greeted us. She does we could sit at the bar until it was our time to be called to our table however we sat over an hour at the bar. The bar waitress had to call to ask when we were going to be seated. When we were seated I asked the greeter if we could have a booth her reply was that it was being reserved for a party at 6. But after she seated as she put a man and a child in the booth that I asked for.We did explain to the manager what had happened now our food was now over 45 minutes before we received our food. When leaving the restaurant what was most disturbing is that both the greeters And it was in a very nasty way. No we did not have a great experience at Olive Garden it was the 1st time that this has happened and hopefully the last time. (I hope it was caught on video the behavior of the greeters very unprofessional).

Good food. Good prices. Very friendly employees. Our server Jessica did a wonderful job. Will definitely return here again soon.

We stopped at this Olive Garden late on a Saturday night. They were short staffed in the dining room but said we could eat dinner in the bar. The bartender was really polite and friendly to us, even though we could see that she had been working especially hard due to the staff shortage. The dinner (grilled Salmon, and a big salad) was delicious! Highly recommend.

Had to wait an extra 45 minutes because they couldn't pull up an extra chair.

Sat in the bar, and the service was excellent! Food was good. We were near the door, and it was a little chilly but it was 10° out, so that made sense.Definitely recommend!

Got take out for NYE dinner and order was made quickly, delivered to our car, and accurate. It was quite delicious! We enjoyed the leftovers all weekend. We'll be back.

Walked in and was accurately quoted a wait time. Got seated and service was great. They were accommodating for a custom drink order and very friendly. The food was good and portions big, like you would expect. The atmosphere was great and the place was probably one of the nicer Olive Gardens I’ve been to. It was loud like the Florence location is.The only ‘negative’ I can think of is the bathroom counters were pretty low but that isn’t worth dinging a star. If I’m in the area and want Italian I’ll be back.
