Pulled up to the drive thru tonight. Was greeted, if you call it that, very rudely. Could barely even finish my order without being rushed. Order a double quarter pounder. Got home and started eating and something seemed weird. Looked down and the burger was barely cooked. Gave this location time after time but they never seem to get it right. If people don't want to work maybe they should just stay home with their bad attitude before they get someone sick.
This McDonald's is the worst in the area by a long shot, and I doubt anyone there or in corporate actually cares about this review or any feedback honestly. I have NEVER received a correct order from this location, something is ALWAYS wrong. Today I asked, politely, for a Made to Order burger and fries. I received an overcooked, rock hard batch of fries with no salt (standard at this McDonald's) and a burger that appears to have been assembled with a catapult. I got home 6 minutes after ordering my food and it was already stone cold. And I can't call and complain or fill out their survey because when they DECIDE to give me a receipt with my order, it's the wrong one. I wouldn't be surprised if this restaurant is engaging in large scale credit card fraud considering how cavalier they are with providing customers the wrong food and receipt.I'm so fed up with this place. Everyone there needs be paid more because CLEARLY they don't get paid enough to care about anything. If I could rate this restaurant a negative 50 out of 10 I would.
The only McDonald's in the surrounding area I will visit. Foods almost always fresh, and if it's not they will replace it if requested, no hassle. Pam the breakfast lady is amazing, I always talk to her (to myself giving her nothing but praises) when I drive away from the speaker, she's great!
My order is totally wrong! Fish sand no tarter asked for it along with bigg mac xtra mustard no! I specifically asked for xtra mustard in bag, lady says oh yea its in there! Haaa wrong i wont be BACK!!!!TRYED TO CALL NO ANSWERE PHONE RANG 50TIMES!!!!! ?
Before the remodel this was one of the best McDonald's around since then it has turned into the worst first of all they serve RAW meat yea u read it rite RAW MEAT this is not the first time not the second time but now the third time I have been served RAW MEAT the first and second time was in the same nite and now again not even 2 weeks later strike 3 if it isn't another RAW piece of meat like this burger is still mooing it's so raw the staff is very rude management is even more rude orders are always messed up that's if it's even fully cooked I will be writing corporate and whoever else I need to this is unacceptable USDA or whoever else I need to contact will be untill this place is shut down when you bring it to manager attention they get rude like I'm trying to hoodwink them into free food no I just want my food fully cooked but seems like that's impossible for the McDonald's on nilles road in Fairfield
The BEST McDonald's around! We have a family of 8 so our orders are always huge. Our orders used to get messed up periodically when we visited this location but ever since they remodeled/updated the restaurant we have had no issues. Our orders are always properly prepared , correct, hot and the wait time is minimal. Even if the line is around the building, they keep it moving in a quick and orderly fashion. We live close to 2 other McDonald's but we always visit this location because we know our orders will be correct every time. Great crew working this location!
I do not know why I keep giving this place my business. Alittle over a month ago I waited 30 min inside the store for my to go order. I had to leave so I ask for a refund since I still had not gotten my food the Manager ran my card again and charged twice. I ask for corporates number and she gave me a wrong number. Never got the over $20 back.Saturday I ordered a sausage muffin and I was given a biscuit.Tonight I ordered 2 double cheese burgers and got a regular hamburger and a mcdouble. Tried calling 6 times store never answers. In fact the number on the mobile app sounds like it is a Fax machine. How many times do you give a place shot when it's convenient?
Have concerns on food handling. Was given incorrect order in drive thur. Wife had pulled 2 sandwiches out of bag to check if correct. When told of mistake they ask for bag back. (No big deal, not looking for freebies) The manger opened bag and then folded back neatly and set it with drinks and slide to girl handing out food. You make the call if it went to the next customer or not.
The crispy chicken wasn’t crispy at all… Was a sponge… The service is extremely horrible, the girls are so mean… Wow! They should fire everyone there and the manger too and do another team… I will remember this place for sure but not in a good way ?
They finally have their Ice Cream machine fixed
