First they couldn’t find my online order, then it was late, then they refused to wait on my husband, who just wanted our pizza that was sitting there getting cold, but the owner, just kept making pizzas. This place needs to be shut down before someone gets sick or hurt. Not a clean place! She does not wash her hands!!! She waited on customers and then went right back to making pizza!! Just gross!!
Nothing I called for a carry-out order. I ordered the all meat medium thick crust. I asked the lady to substitute pepperoni for their bacon and she said she would. When I arrived at the store and looked at the pizza, there was an extra bacon on it. The lady asked me what I wanted her to do and I said just take the cost of whatever they charge for a topping off the charge of the pizza. She said okay. She hit 20,000 buttons on the computer and then said that'll be $23.23 which is what the pizza originally cost. I told her, you didn't take the cost of the extra topping off. She said, oh, I need to get my manager to do that! So then Leave it to Beaver manager came out and stood there and argued with me over the extra topping with the lid of the pizza box open talking over my pizza. The food obviously wasn't up to specs and they need to start hiring adults instead of little kids to run these operations. I will not be back!
No one texted me or called when my pizza was delivered. It sat at my front door on the ground until I looked outside wondering where it was, and I left a nice tip. ?
Very bad experience with the Pleasant Avenue location in Fairfield, OH. I placed a delivery well within the business delivery time frame. My debit card was charged. In mid stream my order was cancelled. I then called the store and was told well it depends on volume as to what time we close. I have never had this happen from this location. My wife and I had come to prefer Marco's. That has now changed. Horrible Business
We quit eating here do to their poor quality. Used to be great, hot food. Not anymore! Food lacks toppings, you are lucky if your food is hot or correct everytime you order. You should not have to be on pins and needles worrying about what quality of food you will be getting! Simple solution: quit ordering from there. That is what we finally done.

I have eaten at Marco's both in the North and South and they are consistently good which most restaurants can not say
They always take care of me and the foods always great. Haven't had any issues at all here
