We went here to have a birthday dinner for 3 of my girls, the food and experience was great, our server was awesome, even the two ladies who greeted us at the door were awesome. We didn’t have to wait for anything, the drinks were plentiful, appetizers were still warm, and our entrees were far more than we expected for our first time there. I even signed up for the rewards before and got a free flatbread pizza. We ordered dessert but unfortunately they didn’t have the apple pie that we wanted,, and the ice cream would have melted before we got home on our other choice, so we had to settle for the cheesecake. Overall the experience was far more than we expected, and we will definitely be going back again.

So sad, I have ate here and enjoyed it many times. Tonight was not the same experience. All our food was over cooked, when we let the waiter know she tried to make excuses for how it was cooked. I sad it is sad that the cook couldn't see it was all over cooked. See pictures below. We were there 40 mins. Before our food came out also. Just sad to see good restaurants going down.

First visit. Clearly had staffing issues as it took 30 minutes to be seated in an essentially empty restaurant. The food was good, our server Laura was very good. The menu was interesting- if I lived here I would certainly come back and try other things. If you live here, it's worth checking out.

They have some really unique appetizers, such as their black-n-bleu bites; and some good flatbreads. The service is always good, and the beer is always cold - especially with the ice ring on the bar to sit it on. A fun, good place.

I really like this restaurant every time I dine in. The staff is always so nice and accommodating. Tonight I ordered a carry out order, and with it being a Friday night I totally get they’re busy. With that being said, an entree was left out of my order. I called & the manager (I think) let us know that I can come back and get a fresh one, plus a credit for another one for my next visit, and a free dessert. This really impressed me so I wanted to leave a good review. In summation, if I didn’t love this place already, I love it even more now. The food is great with a wide variety on the menu and the customer service is amazing.

This was my husband and my first time every eating here, and after tonight, it's fair to say it will be our last. The place is clean and the workers we interacted with were nice, but that's as much good I can say about it. We sat at the table for about 10-15 minutes before a waitress noticed we had not been approached. I got the impression we were not in her section but took it upon herself to wait on us. The food was not impressive. Our Rangoon app was just imitation crab and drowned in a sweet chili sauce. The burgers were a good size but couldn't taste much past the literal burnt charcoal of cheese that was on it. My husband's egg was under cooked for his sun shine burger. Our drinks from the bar came out after our app and meal was delivered. I understand that there is a staffing shortage, but they had plenty of workers and a fairly dead restaurant. If you like the food, then by all means keep going, but it's going to be a no for us

We waited 35 minutes for a table and half the restaurant was empty with tables ready to go. Burger was good but very over cooked. Asked for it to be medium and it was well done. The sweet tea was not sweet. And our appetizer didn’t come out until after we ate our main meal. We were really hoping for a better experience because it was our first time there.

everything tasted like it was full of sugar including the pot roast gravy our sever didn't make my Marti and was not attentive she judged us by the way we were dressed and would rather check on the table behind us than us. I ordered my burger medium well and got medium rare it was the worst food we ever ate and we won't be eating it ever again.. to our Server we tip really well between 40% and 50% above depending on service..

Not sure what was going on tonight, and should have left when we heard multiple other tables complaining… but alas we didn’t. We had a trainee server who literally disappeared on us, never got our salads and the pizza was slow in coming. There was something seriously wrong… was not crowded… girl was apologizing to everyone… seemed to be no manager. Very odd, poor experience. Ugh.

Arrived around noon on a sunny Sunday February 27 and was immediately seated with 6 guests. Was not crowded. Seemed there was plenty of servers. Ordered sweet tea and the fish and chips. Sweet tea was perfect. Fish coating tasted and looked slightly burnt. Cod fish itself was dry. Slaw was boring with no kick. Needed more tarter sauce to get the fish down. Fries were the best part of the meal.
