We Were there Tuesday may 31 @5pm put in our order a16 peace meal and was told to pull forward and wait 10 minutes. Got home and the chicken taste bad with some kind of after taste. My family forced there self's to eat it. The is the last time we will return to KFC. The food has been bad for awhile now. And it Has nothing to do with the past couple of years with the resticton. This place should have closed down 5 years ago. Do yourself a favor and go to Popeye chicken...
you will get a good portion. other than that it's just okay. nothing special, nothing spectacular. nothing to write home about either way. biscuits and green beans had a weird kind of soapy aftertaste?also, dont love that they got rid of the beyond nuggets.
It was okay not my usual experience at other KFCs. This time I got the chicken sandwich which is my favorite item on the menu but they just didn't barely any sauce on it so it made the sandwich very dry, luckily I have my own chipotle aioli at home that saved the day, disappointed none the less. My experience talking with the staff here in the past wasn't the most friendly. We ordered it to go this time.
Dried up, hard , and tasteless chicken. Horrible, my conscience would prevent me from serving it to anyone. Pop eyes need to show them what to do with chicken. Biscuits hard and tasteless too.
I would love to give multiple review stars here. My order was not correct, no big deal called over thought I was getting a replacement when I spoke with Sarah on the phone. Pulled up to the drive through and said “Sarah was replacing my order” was told that the order wasn’t ready to pull to a parking spot and they’d be out. 25 minutes later, nothing. I walked in and apparently Sarah or no one relayed that my order was being replaced. Sarah, I can only hope this was not the manager. Zero stars. Please coach yourself on better customer service. Please don’t worry about coaching your team because they’re not the issue, you Sarah are the problem. Sarah is clearly not worth management pay. HOWEVER, the rest of the team in the store was amazing and I felt badly because they were short staffed. If you go here just check your order before you walk out or drive away, that was almost two hours of my life wasted. ON THE OTHER HAND- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️—Thank you to the fabulous young lady in the drive through my first time around being polite and professional, and a raise is much needed to the guy who worked fast to get my order replaced with the correct items Mr. Chris, my hero. This kid works hard and is polite with amazing customer service skills.
Food was good and polite service, but had I seen the restroom I would not have ordered from there.
Placed my order with the mobile app, went to the drive-thru to pick up my order and was told that I had to come into the store to get my order. They might as well do away with their mobile app because it stinks

It's terrible food I got sick about 4 hours after eating and was sick for about 6 hours. The manager of course said it could be anything and not their food but that's all I ate that day so there you go judge from that.
Went there last week and honestly the meals tasted old and stale. The manager I spoke with (can't remember her name) was super nice about our complaint and said we could replace it all at no cost when we wanted to come back. We did today. It was super good, hot and fresh. The staff were very courtious and friendly and replaced everything as promised. I expected to be greeted by angry staff...not the case. Shows great management and staff. Thanks
