This was the absolute worst experience I ever had at Jersey Mike's. On May 17th I placed an order via the mobile app. My order was missing items as well as my sanwich was incorrect. I called and spoke with Chance, evening manager, who initially credited me two free meals at any size. He specifically stated we could upgrade to any size we wanted when we returned at no charge. He also refunded our money, after I called back to report the sanwich was incorrect. On May 18th when we returned to get our two credited meals in the giant size as Chance promised, Angela Trunesser who stated she was the operation manager, denied him ever saying we could upgrade and wouldn't give us our meals. She consequently called me a liar and proceeded to say she was next to Chance and provided him instruction to give a refund only. However, if that were true she would've heard him clearly say we could get any size at no charge. This was super frustrating experience! The integrity of the location is completely horrible! Customer service even worst especially coming from a supposed Operation Manager. The quality of people put in management positions is definitely scaling down. I would not recommend this location if you want what you ordered or desire honest!

Worst service ever because I asked them to please drop the meat early on a big kahuna. Because of this it took them 20 minutes to cook both halves of my meal separately while 3 out of the 7 employees were constantly standing around talking. Horrible service for a small ask. Stay away and shopper be ware!!

Ordered #8 club. I got home and the sandwich was missing onion, mayo, tomato, and bacon. Even gave them a nice tip for an $8 sandwich. Probably my fault for failing to take it out of the bag, pulling the sandwich apart and checking it. Oh well, 21st century work force.

Great sub restaurant. Lunch and dinner times can be busy at moments. Since everything is cooked to order it's always fresh and made the way you want it. But because it's made fresh it can take a little bit of time and for take out it's best to order ahead for pick up.

Please note I don't normally give bad reviews... these guys are thieves.Ordered delivery on the app on 11/27 used points and $. Order accepted. Then declined because no drivers. Then accepted. Then the white paper delivery service (doordash) said they couldn't deliver because of traffic conditions (a lie). I Talked with manager and they assured me I would get refunded $ and points returned.Didn't happen.Since I ordered on the app, I assumed corporate had to take care of it. Emailed them and they said the store is responsible and they would contact the ownerCoolA week later no response.Email corporate again."The local owner will contact you within 48 hours"Nothing.I've tried a dozen times to reach the store owner. Zero return calls.I love their food, but I would suggest you find a different location. These guys are crooks

I'm not a regular but I stopped in on my way home from Planet Fitness. There were 6 employees and the place was busy. Unlike Panera where I took my mother after mass a few days ago. They literally had NO counter service at all. You were expected to use the tech to order and pay and I guess they have at least one employee in the back who brings you your items. And last but not least the tuna wrap was good.

I really enjoy Jersey Mikes. This one was clean and the staff friendly. The only issue I had was someone at this store owns stock in mustard and really laid it on the sandwiches.

Service was BERY fast for cold subs. Nine of us arrived together and the line was cleared quickly.The only bad spots were lack of Dr Pepper, and the busy parking lot.

Ordered at 12:05pm in FR-Nov-12; didn't get my sandwich until 12:27. Staff didn't seem to care. Waiting was not OK; the place wasn't busy. Most insulting was the 3 orders behind me got their sandwiches pretty quick.

Sandwich OK, customer service awful. My first and definitely last visit to this sub shop. I ordered a Mini and when the staff member left to submit/prepare my order I noticed that I had been charged for a full-size. When she returned to the window I called her attention to the overcharge. She was completely flummoxed--just stared at me in bewilderment. Eventually she left and spoke with a man who must have been the mgr. She then returned to the window and stated "he's going to fix it," and directed her attention to another customer. After several minutes I asked her again what was happening regarding the overcharge. She went to speak with the 'mgr' again who had been slicing meats this entire time and he then came to the window, said nothing to me, took my receipt from the counter, made some entries in the computer, returned the receipt and promptly went back to the slicing machine. No acknowledgement, no apology, no communication, nothing but an obviously irritated and rude 'mgr' for no cause. And I have yet to see any credit to my acct. Meanwhile, I have a change of heart about Jersey Mike's NEVER AGAIN!
