Went to this location for the first time around beginning of May. Ordered a bowl, nothing else, nothing extra. Was charged about $10.50 for the bowl. Also was out of honey BBQ sauce that day.I went in again beginning of June. The day I went in, I was the very first customer. Ordered the same bowl and was charged $9.25.The lettuce you could tell was not fresh as it already started turning brown. The onion and peppers looked like they hit the pan for 5 second.Will never come back to this location.
10/10 amazing food! SAUCY! YUMMY! TASTY!The manager came out from the back to help with the rush. She made sure all my portion sizes were excellent. Didn’t rush me through the line and made sure I picked out everything I wanted. The rice was a little hard, but that is something I’ve experienced at hotheads all over for years! They are known for their sauces, so load it up! She made sure I got everything I wanted. Love their jalapeños & pineapple mixture. I love both chipotle and hothead, but hothead just has that extra yummy with all the extra special tasty ingredients.Sauces: Spicy sauce for chicken, sour cream, sweet habanero, ranchThey have zucchini & squash & that was a PERFECT touch.$12 for large bowl, medium queso, & chips! Now that’s a deal!!

ABSOLUTELY the worst service I've had at any take out restaurant, EVER.We've emailed our complaints to the corporate headquarters, the owner and will be contacting the BBB about the filthy conditions and complete lack of respect to their customers.
Food was ok. Food line was messy. Was sure if I wanted to order or not. Help was a little snotty.
There food is very wide ranged and they have very many sauces and the staff is very nice
I stopped in to get a bowl with chicken and it did not taste too good. I’m going to try that new restaurant next to IGA and see if their food is better. Plus the customer service needs to fixed as well, the servers always seem not to want to be there.They want that $15 hr pay of course.
No thanks. First and last trip... it's like Chipotle but with lesser quality ingredients... all of the meat options looks old/stale/gross... so I went with chicken... it just wasn't very good. Queso was good though.
