We order all the time and is usually good. But we ordered Saturday night, and I will cut them some slack, I bet they were busy. We called and ordered for delivery and we’re told it will be delivered in 45 minutes. We patiently waited. An hour went pass, and then an hour 1/2, and then 15 more minutes. We decided to call to make sure everything was okay. We waited a few minutes, and then the manager answered, and said that they were waiting for a DoorDash driver since they only had one delivery person, and was kind of rude when she told us. We just decided to pick it up, and since DoorDash didn’t deliver, we would have assumed the delivery fee would be disputed, which it wasn’t. When we got home, the pizza was cold (because it’s been sitting out for over an hour 1/2) and the cheesy bread was burnt. I know businesses sometimes have rough nights, but we could have at least been told that they were using DoorDash and not give us a false estimate time , or else we would have picked it up ourselves.
Picked up a pepperoni pizza and a family size salad everything was great..crisp bright salad nice hot pizza ...plenty of salad dressing, forks and plates! Friendly service too!
Waited 2 hours for our food and when we called to find out the problem for the second time the store was closed. Fairfield location. Lied to us we we called the first time and was told they just send our order out. Took my credit card number, I hope it wasn't sent through.
We hadn't been back in a long while b/c the previous time, my ham & cheese sandwich @ $6.79 had one & one only super wafer thin slice of ham & two wafer paper thin cheese pieces. Shrimpiest amount of meat & cheese on ANY sandwich I've ever had anywhere.This was NOT a SUB sandwich. It was a JOKE. So we immediately called in to report what we discovered when we got all of the way home...over 6 miles away. So the young guy on the phone said that he would credit us with a free sandwich in their system under our name, the next time we called in an order. So today, we gave them another try with two different subs, but when my husband went to pick them up, there was NO record of our "free" sandwich. We were never told the offer would expire! They just took it out of their system. We generally like their food, but this is NOT good faith customer service! We'll just have to buy pizza and subs somewhere else.There's a lot of other choices out there, Donato's!?
Great pizza and reasonable prices. Best chain pizza place in the county my miles. No one else even comes close.
I have to give a big shout out to these people. When we got to the pickup window the line was about 10 people deep. People kept getting frustrated and turning around trying to leave but the doors to the building were locked. It was drive-thru or delivery only. When we reached the front you could tell that they were all working their hardest. After all is said and done we only waited about 10 or 15 minutes. The whole world is short stuffed so be patient with the people who actually show up.
Bad atmosphere! Worst I have ever seen! Manager yells at employees while I’m at the window. She is very rude to customers and when I order a specialty pizza without a topping but they put it on anyway…. Three separate times! I tried to give the benefit of doubt and another chance; NOPE! Not anymore. Also ordered an individual build your own with thick crust & sausage; just a poorly prepared pizza! I complained to corporate but then the FF manager she calls me?!?! She needs fired & not in charge!I’ll drive to West Chester if I ever order Donatos again!

The food was 40 minutes late and cold, but the worst part was they turned an extra cheese, extra ham, and *no* salad dressing sandwich into a barely any ham, barely any cheese, and *extra* salad dressing sandwich. Trying to call them about this led to 20 minutes in queue and then the line being disconnected. Submitting a form on their website led to no return contact.
70 dollar order and I ordered an extra sub for lunch. This is what I had when I opened it. Very sad service.
