Do I order too much dominos? Yes, entirely too much, it’s definitely a guilty pleasure. But I just want to say I am always pleased when ordering through my dominos on Symmes road. (Although now I am due for a diet). Everyone is very polite, Kyle is a great manager. Ismael (I hope I’m spelling that correctly) is always lovely and always follows through on contactless deliveries. And overall I’m always content with my order. Dominos has had my back on some bad days, and I’m thankful to have had such a great and personable store. Thank you all. And of course I recommend them. :))
This Domino’s is terrific! Their service is always on mark. The app with the drive up window make their service super quick! When the commercial is talking about “we’ll bring it out in 2 minutes or less,” I’m pulling up to the window and heading into the sunset! ???
First I just want to say the drive thru window guy is always friendly when I pick up my food. So thanks for that :) and dominos pizza is delicous When actually made rite. This time one pizza was made correctly. The 2nd was horrible. They were like day and night I swear. I think 2 different people made them. Then the chicken ceasar salad is horrible. My first time getting, and its the same thing as those cheap, pre made salads, with processed chicken from wal-mart and only romaine lettuce. For 7.49 and the dressing was horrid. I pitched the whole thing in the garbage. Lesson learned. I will never buy a gross salad again. But no one complained about the boneless chicken, and pizza will be alright to eat agin.
The first pizza they made was incorrect but they did us right! We called as soon as we got home and noticed they did not make our pizza half & half, the gentleman on the phone was very apologetic and said he could delivery the correct pizza in 45 minutes or we could pick it up in 10-12 minutes. We picked it up and it was WONDERFUL!! Thank you for being so professional and treating us with courtesy and respect. Great customer service is a last art, but not at the Domino's on Symmes Blvd in Fairfield. GREAT JOB!!!!
I love the food next time we ordered pizza I hope that we don't ordered barbecue sauce pizza I am not starting to get tired of it I do love their food but getting the same thing over and over again
Food is always super great, and the delivery drivers have never disappointed us. In fact, the staff has always gone above and beyond to make things perfect. The pizza that Shiloh made and the delivery service of Ismael last night really made my day after a long day at work. They’re all around awesome!
We usually have a great experience and the delivery however last time we ordered and we order a lot our brownies were burnt my 5 year old wouldn’t eat them and he cried and cried we spend 45-50 dollars for every order and this happens?? It’s all good we will give a second chance
WILL NEVER VISIT AGAIN!!! Pizza was burnt and dry and the hoagie was extremely dry, with nothing on it but onions cheese bread and meat. Called and spoke with the manager Kyle who acted like he didn’t want to do anything about it. Claiming a driver will come pick up the food. So during Covid your driver will come to my house and pick up the nasty food we ordered. Yea okay.

The young lady who answered the phone was really nice and insightful. My order was fresh and prepared quickly. A very pleasant experience for someone who was just passing through.
