Chipotle makes it easy to place, and pickup online orders. The ingredients are incredibly fresh for a large chain restaurant. However, if you've never been to a chipotle, locations with a drive-thru do not take orders at the drive-thru. Unconventionally, their drive-thrus are for picking up already placed orders only. Aside from this unconventional hitch. The food is always good.
Eh, I order on line to not have to talk to employees. I don’t understand the point of a pick up area if you aren’t gonna just put the orders in the pick up area. I ordered online and the employee basically wanted to check my phone to make sure I order it. I don’t enjoy being accused of stealing at all. I just wanted my food. Work on your customer service
This location has consistently failed to produce what you hope for when coming to Chipotle. Their chips continue to be stale and unsalted. They messed up multiple ingredients on my last order. Their portion sizes continue to underwhelm compared to other locations. And their ingredients don't have the same fresh quality.They also fail to have the order on the shelf when ordering to go. The last couple times our order had been ready but was just sitting on a kitchen counter and it wasn't until waiting for awhile and me asking that they said, 'oh here it is.'We'll start going to other locations instead and I'd recommend you do the same to get the Chipotle expectations you're hoping and paying for.
This one girl there with glasses never wears a mask while making my food. Even yesterday when I came in she wasn’t wearing a mask and she always gets my bowl wrong. I’ve even seen her talking and her spit goes into the food. Definitely won’t ever be ordering here again
This location is usually, pretty awesome. Today was not so great. I arrived at 5, to give them ample time to prepare my 4:20 order.My order wasn't ready, no big deal. I asked a crew member for help. But they couldn't find my order in the system, which was odd. So I showed proof of my email confirmation, still my order couldnt be found.i stood there for about 10 minutes soaking wet and chilled from the rain waiting to hear something about my order.This wouldnt have been such a negative experience if they offered me a cup of water, or something.The old chipotle crew would go out of their way to make your experience better, I miss that.
Ordered over the phone , Great food ready when they say it will be. Then walk in grab your food and out you go. Awesome ?
I order for myself and my coworkers from here about once a week online. Sometimes this place is good, other times this place is trash. For what it costs, there should be some consistency and accountability. 3 times I have gotten chicken from this place that looks like it came from the scorching bowels of hades. Like, bud, I get it that you burnt some chicken. No worries, life goes on. But please stop trying to sell it to me. Just throw it in the trash and move on. Unacceptable. I feel like they just throw all the garbage in the "online order" line and hope no one complains. Then they just give you a "free entre" and disconnect from you if you do complain. Boo.
I recommend avoiding this location at all costs. After numerous bad experiences here over the past few years, I had given up on this location and mostly use pick-up at the Gilmore location. However, my girlfriend and I were feeling under the weather so we decided to make a delivery order from this location which proved to be a mistake. The issues started when the order was marked as delivered, but never arrived. After 30 minutes on the phone, I was issued a refund and promised my food would arrive soon. An hour and fifteen minutes past then, my food finally showed up. Obviously it was ice cold, but that wasn't even the worst of it. My burrito was tiny with almost no protein, and half the toppings I ordered were either severely shorted or missing all together. If you are looking for a pick-up or delivery option, look anywhere but here. If I could give this location 0 stars, I would.
This Chipotle location has its good days & bad days it all depends on the crew that is working that day. It shouldn't matter who is working but unfortunately it does. While most crew members give you the bare minimum their are a few members that give you a nice size portion on all the toppings but all of the crew members are courteous & kind. I believe this location is the best one in the Fairfield/Forest Park area.
Pick up order. No napkins, forks in bag. My order clearly states no beans. They added beans. I asked for brown rice. They added white. Very disappointing. Waste of $12.00
