I'm usually pretty relaxed about bad service but wow. This location just consistently disappoints lately. They are sold out of items nearly every time I come in. Last week it was chicken and rice, this week fajitas, beans and brown rice. The week before that was no rice, steak or fajitas. And now they don't even have a working credit card machine and no change. So it's EXACT cash only or gift cards. It's really starting to feel like they are intentionally self sabotaging this location because no other location struggles like this. I know because I'll leave and go to one of the other ones and everything is up to par. It's very strange and quite frustrating. To top it off, the employees are visibly frustrated by having to tell every person that walks in that they are sold out or experiencing issues. I sympathize with them cause its a management issue and whoever is doing the inventory. The employees are not responsible for the store being sold out of items on a daily basis or a faulty cresit card machine. Hopefully new management takes over and brings this back to how it was or I don't see them lasting much longer.
I feel like this staff does well with service, but it also seems like this location is out of things a lot. I sympathize with supply chain issues, they are rampant in all sectors, and again, think the staff does well with their circumstances, so kudos to them.
Kylie at the chipotle place on Princeton road in Hamilton Ohio, just wanna say thank you! It’s encouraging to see dedicated staff like you considering the times we live in…I wish u all the best in life! I appreciate u helping me with this order n getting it to the car even tho the boxes were heavy…thanks again for ur service
I ordered a to-go meal and I arrived at the correct time listed on the app and my order was not ready. No problem, I wait about 20 minutes extra but they were nice enough to give me a free drink (But they were out of ice lol..).Someone else was waiting about the same time for their order and made remarks about the long wait. The employee there overheard him and said "We are severely understaffed, some of us have been here since 7, sorry". As a customer, this is unacceptable. If I'm waiting half an hour over the time for my order, I think I have a right to be disgruntled. This place needs to hire more staff and the staff need management.
Very disappointed in the quality and the cleanliness. Last time we ate here at Bridgewater it was great. We drove out of our way to go there today. Our pork was cold and the place looked dirty. We have ate in Oxford, Hamilton and Bridgewater all 3 very disappointing. Probably won’t ever eat at your stores again. So sad it was my favorite place.
Every time I come to this location they are out of something. Today it was black beans, fajitas, ice and forks. Whoever orders for this location should be fired. These all could be purchased from the Walmart across the street. Location continues to go downhill. Disappointing
The food is goodBut I got here at 9:49 pm and they were closed. They need to update their hours. It says 10:00 PM on the door but I can’t see anyone in the store.☹️
Super slow, never have anything past 9pm. Workers up front with gum in their mouth which is nasty when a customer is trying to get food. When the line was busy no workers come to help the worker up front. It seemed like the other workers didn’t want to help customers get food. Didn’t even want to give a star but had to in order for this review to be shown.
I ordered my meal on line for pick up at 7:00. Not only did they not have my order ready and I waited an additional 30 minutes for the meal, there was no one in the store. I asked if the front could just make my meal and I cancel and they would not let me. So I waited an additional 15 minutes while other came in and were serviced before my online order was ever filled. I do not recommend this place! Bad customer service.
My wife and I went in the restaurant at 3:00pm today. Upon entering the front door, there was no one in line and only one man eating his food. We approached the food area and my wife immediately noticed that there wasn’t any fajitas and no one was coming out to greet and serve us. The manager was sweeping the front, looked up at us and began yelling at two girls that were heavy in conversation. Then another girl that was cleaning tables also began yelling, “would someone please come up front??” Finally a young lady walks up to take our orders. There was 8 people that I counted working today. My wife went first and quickly asked about the fajitas and the girl says, “we don’t have any right now.” My wife asked her how long before they are ready and she said, “they need to be cut first.” Then my wife asked for the manager and she stepped up and explained that she didn’t like the looks of the vegetables to make the fajitas. We both like fajitas in our chicken bowls and were disappointed that they didn’t have any. Years ago when the restaurant that I worked for ran out of something we would send someone to the grocery store. In this case, go buy some onions and peppers for the fajitas! There’s a Walmart across the street and 2 Kroger stores nearby.
