Eugene was amazing! He very oh no oh no oh no no no no no Great with recommendations!!! I’ve only been chick til a 30000 times and still needed it! He was AWESOME! He deserves a $15 raise! Give it to him! He took the time out of his day to read off every single drink on the menu . The guy at the window with facial hair and flowey hair and looked like Luke sky-walker awesome in getting the orders in order. The two lady’s at window hand out food were BEAUTIFUL and deserve the world.THANK YOU CHICK FIL A
My last few orders here have been extremely poor in quality, compared to other locations. I thought it was just because we were ordering for delivery but it’s been through the drive thru as well. Today was probably the worse. I ordered a kale salad and it looks like either it just wasn’t filled, like it usually is, or it’s someone’s leftover. Our fries have been cold, items have been missing, drink are only half filled when ordering in the drive thru. This is the worst, and closest, location to us and we won’t be returning.
Employees are always friendly & professional. Service is quick even in the drive thru. Orders have always been correct, nothing missing or incorrect & we go there frequently for the past year & half.
This is the worst Chick FilA ever! (Fairfield location- Winton Rd) We are eating inside today and the place is a mess. Garbage not in the cans. The condiment areas are almost empty. No napkins to be found.I ordered my sandwich without a bun and it was repeated to me twice but still came out with a bun! Additionally, with so many employees around you would think there wouldn’t be a long wait but there was.This isn’t the first time I have complained to managers either. The customer service is way below any other Chick FilA that I have been to.
Used the inside to order carryout. Front staff was courteous, fast and accommodating. I used a funny name for my order and they smiled at my crazy self ? food was as expected, fresh waffle fries, perfect grilled nuggets portions and got all the sauce and utensils I needed. I love this location the best ? y'all are the bee knees
The 'Fast Food' that everyone in the car can agree to on any road trip. Not sure if all locations have this (we lack Chick-fil-A in the north), but a real, live person took my order at the drive-through (a pleasant interaction) and a runner was bringing food from the delivery window to the various cars in line so as to speed up the waiting process. 10/10, would stop in again.
Everyone working was so nice and polite. Having the plexiglass up where you place your order was a nice touch. Good to get out of the weather. Thanks for the great service! Food is delicious too.
Cards on the table, I very rarely eat Chick-Fil-A because of the politics of the owner. While my stance hasn't changed, I've got to give credit where due. The service was friendly, and I feel like the gentleman behind the counter went out of his way to make the experience a good one. Special shout out to Joshua. In case there's more than one Joshua, I specifically mean the tall, young gentleman with glasses.
Was really surprised as how messy the main dining room was. We had to search for a clean table to eat our lunch. Even the restrooms needed cleaning. This was unusual for this particular location. They use to in the past kept everything wiped down clean. Don't know if they were shorthanded. Someone finally addressed the cleanliness issue
Great smokehouse chicken sandwich! The service in line was still very good as usual. My only complaint would be the fries could I have been cooked a little longer.
