With the current pandemic/endemic they rock and do their best. Employees the have and recruit are great. I fux with this place.
The food was horrible and the manager was not nice. I asked for cheese and she mention the burger was already done so she could not add it. So rude
It was okay. It could have been better, I feel like since the pandemic a lot of fast food restaurants have really been struggling in the quality area. I'm not sure if the lobby was open or not I don't know about this particular one but I know that at some of the other ones that seems like one day the lobby is open and the next day it's not. Hopefully things get back to normal and things get better
Past couple of times that I've been there the order has been for lack of a better word off. I was supposed to be credited half my meal the last time but when I called to get it they said they couldn't find me and it was nothing they could do for me. So I don't want to attempt to the third time and get ripped off again.
I literally just left there after placing an order only to come to the front window it was tall metal 10 minutes for management skills
I was happy with burger king my breakfast order was fresh and customer service was friendly. I will definitely go back to that location.
Stopped by this morning after dropping my son off at wrestling so he could catch the bus with the team an now I've not stopped at burger king in quite awhile an that's simply because the quality of the food was getting down right frustrating so today in light of the past I took a chance and we'll let's just say I'm writing this review now so something clearly changed because the ham and cheese croissants were fantastic and the hash rounds were just right so kudos Burger King on route 4 in Fairfield
Food was good we all Ways get the roded burgers and chicken nuggets and the impossible whopper and French fries and a diet coke and Sprite too
Didn't change french fries to onion rings as I requested. They rush too much at drive thru.
