Had a horrible experience. Called in a order for to go. Lady that answer was not able to answer my question and was very short. Then when I picked up my food o checked it and half of my order was wrong asked to have it fixed and was treated like it was my fault. Very unprofessional the way it was handled. Was not offered a partial refund or any type of compensation. And was told that something on my burger that I had asked for that wasn’t there was going to be an extra charge. Like that’s crazy you messed my food up. Ever displeased won’t be going back for a good while!
Absolutely horrible experience last night. We could never get any service and our waitress was beyond rude to us. When we got our food we had multiple wings smaller than my pinky finger so it was very much not worth the price. I would not recommend this place if you are looking for good wings.
The food is amazing and Everytime my family and I come for dinner the staff is amazing but today the owners wife was our waiter and she was very very rude and nasty didn’t even eat our food we just left . Safe to say we will not return . I am never in my life had to deal with someone ( especially the owners wife) being rude to me . What happen to great customer service . Is it because we are black ? I hope not because our money spends the same . And we have been coming here for YEARS .
Food was Delicious! More homemade which is the best. Excellent Service! Very clean and a relaxing and good atmosphere. Like the playing lottery while I wait for food. Super fun and makes time go super quick. Overall Excellent place to bring your family & Friends!

My wife loves this place due to heavy nostalgia surrounding it growing up in Fairfield. Hospitality from the staff is great and makes you feel right at home. Service is always good regardless of how busy or slow they are.
This place has such a warm friendly atmosphere! After having open heart surgery two months ago, I wanted to get out of the house and I wanted Buffalo Joe's! Great service great food!
Buffalo Joe's is a good wings place. Loved them with the Jamaican jerk sauce. Friendly peeps too.

Joann is a terrible woman that says she hates kids and likes to put her hands on them . Even disabled children are not safe to go there. My niece has autism and she sadly has to go through something traumatic because of this woman !!
