I am surprised with all of the negative reviews. Those people must be going to a different Bob Evans than this one. I eat there nearly once a month. I usually arrive between 7 and 8 and get seated immediately. My order is always accurate and very good. I do agree that the wait time for the food can seem excessive but I guess you cannot rush quality. My favorite servers are Pam or Cindy, but all of them have been good. The times that I have ordered carry out during the COVID shutdown were good. I have nothing negative to say about this Bob Evans. All of my visits there have been pleasant.
Visited this location well after breakfast and lunch rush, around 4pm. We waited at least 15 minutes for our server to come to our table. I had just closed the menu and was starting to get to leave. When the server finally came to take our order she was half listening because she was talking to her friends at the booth across from our table. Again, we waited for watered down coffee and cold food. We'll never go back to this location. And I truly believe that Bob Evans is way overpriced for the quality of food.
Placed an order for curbside, i called in and told them I was there. Waited 20 minutes and they still didn't bring my food out. Went inside to see if my order was ready and waited 10 minutes with no service. I noticed my food was sitting behind the counter so i just took it. The food was ice cold by the time I got home. I will never be back to this location
When you eat there, the food is good. That being said, when you get an order for carryout, check it. I had no gravy on my order or my husband's. The portions looked like they were for kids. They were also late in having it ready on time. This is not the first time we've had a bad experience with this Bob Evans but it will be the last.
Arrived Sun. morning 11:50 am. Was told 20 min wait. We were seated in 10 min. 4 guests. All guests requested a different breakfast dish. Served in 18 min. Very good service from ? Food was hot and served on a hot plate. Sweet tea was excellent.
My favorite dinner is the Pot Roast DinnerJuicy tender beef, delightful serving of mash potatoes with rich brown gravy, the best tender carrots and finished off with light fluffy roll. I'm sure the other dinners are just as delicious but I just can't get past the Pot Roast!Also each of the servershave all been so friendly,curtious and make you feel welcome even if they bring your meal to your car. I always thank them but I want to take this time to thank those in the kitchen where the hard work and delicious magic happens.
Friendly staff, clean, quick, its just the best place to get breakfast. It's also very affordable for the amount of food you get (everything is huuuge).
Yum! Cob salad and cheesy bacon potato soup combo. Got some biscuits and gravy for breakfast tomorrow - can't find it in the stores anywhere!
The food is always great ? the service was poor and it was due to not enough employees. If you need a job they are hiring though.
We ordered sausage for 3 different meals, all was burnt.Waitress was horrible. Never smiled, never told us to follow her to the table, never asked us how the food was, literally only said exactly what she had to say for us to place an order.The only person that was nice was the lady at the cash register.It was our first time there and will be out last.
