Horrible customer service I've ever seen in my life. I'll never go back there.
Listen people I haven't seen the most slowest and unprofessional service in my life. And they don't get your order right and you can be the only one in the drive thru and your at the window for at least 20 mins.

Place is a joke. I just came through got a number 5 my wife got the 5 dollar honey hot wings with curly fries... All of the chicken wings are so old she cant eat them. Hard as hell.. My chicken sandwich was gross.. Covered in so much honey mustard sauce that i literally had to use all 4 napkins you gave us to try to clean it up before i took my first bite just to realize my chicken on my sandwich was also very old not even warm... Horrible experience i warn everyone not to go to this location.. Absolutely worst arbys experience I've ever had.
It's 50 50 when u come here. U might get all ur food one time then next be missing food. Or the order is wrong. It's fast food what do u expect
I go to the Arby's frequently and the staff is always so kind. Even seeing as they're understaffed I appreciate how nice they are to me during every visit I have there.
Second time I went there and the employees were preparing my food with no gloves or masks on, touching my food and other customers food with bare hands. Kind of gross, and they are pretty rude too. I won't go here again
Guy working the drive thru young black kid with dreads receipt says torri but think that might have been a girl who took the order was really nice but his attitude will be the reason I will not be returning to this location and people wonder why this restaurant is going under pay more and get higher quality employees after spending 32.21 at a fast food restaurant no need to be rude… and lucky that window didn’t break when you slammed it
Great Food, But They Took Away Potato Cakes, And I Hate Crinkle Fries. Oh And Expensive, A Twice a year treat
Incredibly slow. Too busy acting like children than doing what they're paid for. Pretty sure having a pacifier in your mouth would get you fired from most places.
