I ordered my food online and paid for it but didn't get part of the food. The food was good, however. I called them and they said, unfortunately we can't get it to you, so we'll give you a credit. The next time you come, you just let us know that and we'll give you the value of what you paid and didn't get. We'll see...
Greeted us at the door. Showed us to a table. Friendly staff. Had the salad with crispy chicken in it and Dijon Mustard dressing. Delicious!! Waitress checked on us several times to see if we needed anything. Been here before but a very long time ago. Great place.
Party of 4, we had a 20 min wait on a Sunday afternoon. Staff were friendly and mostly attentive. The food was average 5/10. My friend and I had to return our grilled chicken and broccoli ?. Was too salty ?. They quickly corrected our concerns and we were satisfied.
I’ve been coming here for about 6 years and it has just gone downhill so much. It was a horrible experience.. All the way from the beginning to the end. I highly recommend not coming here if you plan on having a good time & good food because that’s something that they just cannot provide.If you have an infant and need to use the sling, they’ll tell you they can’t have you use it. So I had to hold my 4 month old while I ate (what little food I could). Manager sends their employees to talk instead of talking directly to me.My steak was cooked very wrong, cold food, employees with bad attitudes, bathrooms were gross.. I could go on and on.I’m not sure how they have some 4-5 stars, it must be fake profiles or something. I will definitely will not be returning.
Our waitress seemed tired. She wasn't horrible but she didn't care to be there. We had a party of 5 and they had to split us up. We didn't care. Wifey and I took the table across from our boys. It wasn't a great experience but it was okay.
we had 8 people with us, so we had to wait almost an hour which, understandable. that’s fine. we asked them to begin with if we could split tables, and they said no it will be the same wait. fast forward to seating, they ended up giving us two different tables instead of the big booth that no one was using. because we have a baby with us, we weren’t allowed to be seated there because nothing can stick out of the booth. grabbed the car seat holder they provide and put it next to the table, only for them to say the manager said it can’t be next to the table because “fire hazard”. oh, and they don’t have booster seats. so don’t bring babies i guess. the food was bad as well. the food was also over cooked and nothing was seasoned. i don’t write reviews on anything usually, but this place is ridiculous. our waitress was the only good thing about this place.
Omgosh, My husband and myself ordered takeout.we got the prime rib dippers and fries. And bread sticks with white dipping sauce.Lord have Mercy the breadsticks and white dipping sauce for so delicious that we each got our own order later that night and we ate them for dinner. Best breadsticks and white dipping sauce whatever that sauce was to gather the complimented each other and they were the most delicious I have ever eaten in my whole life if you get the chance you have to go to Applebee's and get breadsticks and white sauce to dip it in I'm not sure if it was a cheese sauce or alfredo sauce with cheese in it I don't know but it was the bomb!
I had a curbside to go order that included 3 well done burgers, and 4 fries. After 30 minutes beyond the pick up time I walked inside. After 15 more minutes, I finally had my food. The order was missing the fries. After finally receiving the entire order I took it home to eat. The burgers were ice cold, and still pink on the inside. After nearly 2 hours wasted on the horrible service and undercooked food, I settled for taco bell. This place is poorly managed and should probably have a visit from the health inspector.
