After telling them twice what my order was ( because they kept saying what), the whole order was wrong. After telling them I was supposed to have a large frosty not a small, I noticed my potato didn't have the toppings I asked for. They charged my card for the difference and I was on my way. When I got home, I noticed that my grilled chicken sandwich was a fried one. I don't remember working at a fast food place being that hard when I did it as a teenager. My order wasn't even difficult to mess up like that.
So after working 9 hours, not only did I order junior BACON cheese burgers for me and my husband.. I PAID for BACON but when I get home and we open our food, not even a slither of bacon on either sandwich, no bacon at all! Not to mention the hair that went in my mouth when I ate the fries but that's a honest mistake but the fact I paid for bacon and it was completely ignored? That's not cool. Thanks so much ?
Had 1 4 items for 4 dollars. Some of the wallpaper was peeling off. My sprite tasted like sparkling water. The restaurant is hiring.
I asked for a pain grilled chicken breast. I got a fully loaded grilled chicken breast sandwich. What about allergies? They even made me repeat that I wanted it plain so they couldn't have misunderstood. I made do by stripping the sandwich bare and rinsing the sauce off. The fries were old, soft, and greasy. I'm sorry I wasted my money

Not the easiest place to get in and out of but not their fault. Usually get the order right, which is rare in elyria. Bonus opportunity to see a police action at the no-tell-motel next door when your in the drive through!
I ordered a Baconator and Large fry and Large Chocolate Frosty through doordash and I got a Spicy Chicken sandwich and Spicy chicken nuggets and small fry and some tropical drink. All I could eat from the order was the small fry cuz of my ulcer. I called Wendy's and they asked if I wanted to come pick up my order. Hell no I don't drive that's why I ordered through DD. And why would I pay the extra fees for using DD and have to go pick up the order. Rocket scientist working at Wendy's. I will never order from Wendy's again. Can't even get a simple order of 3 items right. Sad thing I'm out 25 dollars for food I can't eat or want
I am only giving a 3 star for time spent in line. Nobody should have to wait 15 mins and there's only 3 cars in front unless that person in front ordered the whole menu
