They have great food but they don't know how to give you your napkins and your sauces for your nuggets
Worst worst place to go to ever! After 2 trips there from grafton they still did not get my order right and also did not give me what I paid for. 34$ for a big disappointment ? Do not eat here if your smart! No fried onions on my burger barely any sauce. Then these are the bacon doubles they gave us kids burgers no bacon or vegetables. This was after 2 trips and talking to 2 different managers. Sad
I'm giving 3 stars because the service was slow as molasses. Their dining room was closed as it was after 8pm. There were at least 4 ppl working that I could see through the drive thru window. There were 3 cars in front of me and somehow it took a good 15mins to get my order. I can say that the food was made fresh.
2nd timein 2 weeks they can't get a simple order correct. I ordered 2 Singles with Cheese and Letuce, Small Coke. Got 2 singles with letuce and no cheese. I guess they got the coke part right. Just a poorly run location. Take your money elsewhere.
Crew in there is really chill and helpful, it's clean and the food comes out hot when you dine in. Also that customizable pop machine helps.
This is my favorite fast food restaurant ever. They have the best burgers hands down (fresh never frozen beef). The fries are okay, but I don’t even mind. Try out the chocolate frosty. You won’t be disappointed. Also, a little secret recipe: Number 1, double, mayo, ketchup, double bacon, and cheese (that’s it). It will really be good. At least I think so.
Good and fresh! Didn't take more than 8 minutes with pretty moderate traffic at the location. I was very pleased.?
We went through drive thru on Sunday the 23rd after snow storm . The food was fresh every thing was really good thank you
Wendys center ridge in North Ridgeville needs to be bulldozed the person claiming to be the Mgr running the drive thru the one with the tattooed hand is rude and inept and can't add or work the register correctly. The food was not fresh or hot it looked like it came out of the trash.Places like this need to lose their license and be fined by the health dept.They're a disgrace
Two days in a row, at two separate locations, "the system" was down. Orders could not be taken. Iykmyk, an Apple Pecan Salad is my Wendy's go-to. I drove across town on both nights only to be unexpectedly dismissed by these random system shutdowns. (Insert ? & - ⭐ because of this.) However, I would like to shout out the Elyria Griswold location for never disappointing or questioning why I wouldn't want "sweaty" wet $$ as my change like the Cleveland St. location did. Also Wendy, kudos on the flavored Lemonades. Perfection????
