This place is a joke. Sandwich so cold the cheese isn’t even close to melted. They slapped it together because it was ordered before close and they don’t care. This place is so ratchet anymore DO NOT go there
Placed an order for delivery tonight I didn’t receive most of my order!! I have tried to call the restaurant ALL EVENING!!!!! no one will pick up the phone! I can’t get any help with my order! THE BEST PART is no receipt was left in the bag!! 41.90! Most of the meal not delivered!! Try explaining to my autistic son why he didn’t get his kids meal!THE WORST ESTABLISHMENT I’VE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. ANSWER YOUR PHONE?!?! I want a refund!
Burgers were hot. Cheese melted. Lettuce and pickles and onion crisp and cold. Fresh bun. Fries were crispy outside and soft inside and hot. Great job staff. Excellent!!!
My Husband stopped there today to get me a cup of chili. I started finding that the white beans were not cooked fully. Some were almost crunchy. When I called to inform them of this I was treated as if I didn't know what I was talking about. I explained that I'm 60 years old and I know the difference between an onion and an uncooked bean. ????I will never be back to this place for anything. ????
I gave 2/5 stars because we did get food and it was edible. Took what seemed like a long time to get 4 4 for $4s that are a very basic menu item well before any lunch rush or anything. Then we ordered 3 of the 4 with plain jr bacon cheese burgers and one normal. All 4 were plain cheeseburgers no bacon and no toppings at all on the 4th as well that was just ordered as they come. SMH so bad!
We pulled up at drive thru, waited 10 minutes. No one ever took our order. We decided to back up and go inside. Lots of workers, but they were all on their phones, except the girl at drive thru window, she was hanging out the window chatting with her friend. I waited about five minutes, then I asked one of the guys on his phone if they take orders inside. He said yes, and walked away. I called from my cell but they didn't even answer the phone. I left. I feel sorry for the owner of this business. Trash everywhere. Filthy store.
Incorrect and cold food on my entire order… cashier was having a personal conversation on her phone and was very rude. I will definitely go out of my way to NOT go here again.
Today I had some questions about couple sandwiches I purchased. I did not get the person's name but I believe it was the manager. She had glasses and a little tattoo on her cheek. Anyway, she was much help, very kind, and understanding. She is a great example of great customer service. She is a keeper. Great job 2 thumbs up ??
I come here a lot it’s usually worse than better but today was annoying. I pull in 1 car at order menu no one else. I pull to order and sit there 5 minutes not even a greeting. I say hello a few times no response. I pull around to leave and see employees just relaxing leaning against counters chatting. This place is terrible to go to.
2 people in front of me in the Lobby and it took 25 minutes to order and get my food. I had left the drive thru already after sitting there for 10 minutes, again with two cars ahead. Not a lot of urgency to get anything done quickly.
