Worst place in the area. This guy never washes his hands and is constantly putting a hand down his pants to scratch at whatever itchy condition he has going on down there. It's disgusting. The guy can't seem to not say the N word any time a black man or woman happens by and his racism isn't limited to our African brothers and sisters but extends to our middle-eastern brethren whom the Jewish variety seems to be his most hated human beings. Don't eat here. You'll end up catching something amd everywhere else has better pizza that doesn't come encrusted with boogers and spit.
I have to say I read the bad reviews and for the life of me can't figure out if the people that wrote them are on dope or just dopes. My grandkids love this place as well as I. Never had a problem with any of my orders which are 40 dollars on up. So I order quite a few items. Then my grandkids love that the owner gives them free cinna bread!!! They think he gives it only to them for free lol. The owner and the employees have never been nothing but super friendly to me and my grandkids. So I would say if someone was treated rudely, it probably was from the reaction of how they were talked to. My grandkids say this Uncle Al's is their favorite place for pizza. Try the other Uncle Al's then see how you get treated and how your food is lol
If I could give zero stars, I would . We ordered the Italian fold over & cheesy bread that was supposed to come with dressing & sauce. We called so we could order a dessert & asked if they could also include the missing sauces. The woman who answered was extremely rude & threw the phone down & we could hear her talking nasty about us, the owner (who is notoriously nasty) proceeded to get on the phone & was immediately rude & refused to help, was very sarcastic & told us he would give us a 50 cent credit. The owner has zero clue how to run a business & it shows.
I grew up off of west ridge Rd. in Elyria not only was it excellent pizza, was a wonderful family that ran, I'm to continue tradition with ownership now highly recommend giving it a try.

Ordered last year and the pizza was raw. Tried to contact the owner about it and he was less then Helpful. Waited 9 + months and ordered 2 more times and was more then disappointed with the quality of the pizza along with extreme stomach ache afterwards. There are better options in Elyria for pizza.
Great pizza! I’ve gotten delivery from several locations in the area and this uncle als location has always been the best and most consistent.

Ordered a large pizza with 2x pep and I got a small pizza with like 7 pepperoni on it...... The pizza was the size of my bread sticks.......I paid 22$ plus tip.... So 26$ for my order to be wrong waited over an hour.... And it's cold and I guess we will eat left overs so kids can split the pizza.
