Been trying to call here for almost 2 weeks to speak to a manager and nobody ever answers and when they do, they say a manager is busy and they need to take a message, I am so angry because i am actually going to have drive up there to address my issue, and i tried other TR places and they answer their phones but not this one EVER and I mean last call i was on hold for 76 minutes and when a rep answered told me the manager was too busy to talk to me and yes i have hours to waste on hold to just be treated like irrelevant and not respected as a customer i really dont know even what to say or do at this point except just never go there again and warn future people what they are in for
One smoke house burger was not edible. It was over cooked, dry and the mushrooms hard. Fries were soft and undercooked. Children mini cheeseburgers were over cooked and hard as well as soggy fries. Tried to call restaurant and no one answers. Out of 4 meals only one was edible. The rest was thrown away and a pizza was purchased for dinner instead. Terrible. Will never return.
We had our of town guest in on Friday night. We closed up late so decided to get meals that we could sit around our dinner table with. We were so disappointed when we got home.. So many items were missing. 2 loaded Sweet potatoes. Gravy for country fried steak. Loaded mashed potatoes. We got a big side of butter but no bread. We got all of our proteins! 6 meals and not one of them complete.. was not worth our $119!
Excellent food, my steak was done to perfection. Our volleyball group had a blast.So in short, great food. We should have called ahead for seating. This was at 3:30. They told us 20 minutes. It was closer to 45.Hope they can clean up the bathrooms. Both the men's and women's were not pleasant to use...btw, we didn't use them, we chose not to.
This company must be to successful these days. Supported them during COVID but now they No longer answer the phone for those of us who don't have unlimited storage on our phones to add another app. Called Longhorn and they answered on the 3rd ring, wow! Great service is as imprtant as good food. With Longhorn, my Order was placed and now that I'm sitting at the Longhorn curbside pick up. I have plenty of time to post my review. Just BAD setvice. Sorry
The wait was outrageous for 7:30pm, over an hour! However the bar area was empty so we sat there to have a beer and decided to just eat there. For as busy the place was it didn't take long at all for our meals to be served. Employees in this busy packed place were running around with smiles on their faces and dealt with the madness quite well. Food as usual was great. I ordered my usual ribeye and I like it RARE, it was cooked perfectly but I think the chef forgot to season the steak with their awesome spices so it was a tad blah but considering the chaos I didn't complain. The steak was cooked perfect and had great char on the outside. Well done guys! You seemed to handle the night quite well.
The food is great, however the to go service is absolutely horrible. On 2 different occasions we have waited 1.5 hours for our orders. Today we thought why not give them another try. We placed our order at 5:15. Pick was due at 5:45. Again it’s 6:45 and we have no food. We got an apology saying your ticket was lost. We are remaking your order. No one will answer the phone at this location either. An hour and fifteen minutes later our food is finally ready. I will never visit this location or recommend anyone else do do either.
Great food. Beat steak in Lorain county. Always forget one of my food items when I pick up my food. Last time I called about a missing item the manager was very nasty with me. Expected more professionalism from manager. If I pay almost 100 bucks for food I should get everything I paid for.
