REFUSE ORDERS AND SAY THEY ARE OUT OF ITEM! REFUSE FULFILLING DOOR DASH ORDERS DESPITE THEM ACCEPTING THE ORDER! THE MANAGER LIED AND SAID ORDER WAS ON ITS WAY MEANWHILE THE DASHER CANCELED ORDER! Managers and staff are LAZY Liars. Managers should be fired immediately and have NO business managing anything at all!

Most Taco Bell restraunts are kinda sketchy and the good varies Greatly...Not this one. At all. This one is pert near royalty! The food tastes great , well made and the crew is very courteous. Love it and I frequent it as often as I can. Very much so reccomend.
My boyfriend and I stopped before our holidays travels today on December 23 2021. Wow. Haven't seen a Taco Bell operate like this in a long time.The dining room business was MILD while drive through business was HOT. Their ability to get their orders out and accurate was sheer FIRE and their speed was that of DIABLO abilities. I used to run Taco Bells and I must say everything was how it should be and above okaycerito. We had a BAJA-blast. Nacho average team but way above expectations. Kudos to the team at Chestnut commons.
Last 3 times I've been there food cold chips stale or soggy. This time new yrs eve only place open family was at Walmart everything closed texted they got taco bell because it was the only thing open. Same outcome in the trash it went. Have some pride Elyria.

Every time I go here I order no lettuce on my tacos and chulupas. I see no lettuce on the scene, the server repeats it back and I still get lettuce. The service is slow. Never enough people working. The fillings are very little..
It was fine. The food was good and service as well. I just wish they would bring back the volcano burrito or even the xxl grilled stuffed burrito.
The staff here always do their very best and are actually friendly compared to others. Food could always be prepared better, but I can't blame them since it's their job to get the food out as quickly as possible. Keep up the great work ?
