First time at this location. Purchased cinnamon twists and got chips & cheese instead. Ordered 2 burritos, one with sour cream, one without--neither burrito was marked & the sour cream in my burrito was at the end of the burrito so it was kinda dry. Burritos were underfilled & mostly tortilla. Requested hot sauce and received none. It wasn't busy & the order was not complicated.
The employees @ 117 West ave Elyria Ohio 44035 Taco Bell needs to learn how to have respect, greet and acknowledge people when they come into the lobby to place or pick up an order. They act like the drive thru is the only way of them working even tho the lobby is open for business. Taco Bell, you need to stop just taking anybody to work for your company. Also train them to greet and have some kind of respect for customers. Bad bad business, it seems like these employees are from the streets.
All around bad all the lights are off at 1030 pm order a 5 dollar cravings box an a chili an cheese Burrito wait 15 minutes from my food don't get my Chalupa or chili cheese burrito go home try to call an no one awnsers the phone smh
We sat for over 30 minutes waiting for someone to talk to us through the intercom not even a we’re short staffed or busy when we pull around to leave the girl was on her phone and they didn’t seem short staffed there were atleast 5 people just sitting in the back
Workers are slow as hell. They never get orders right. Plus waited in drive through line for over 35 mins for my food and my kids food
People who work here: don't care, rude, and probably spit in your food. I'd recommend driving a few more minutes to a better tacobell
Hardly ever open anymore last week there was 7 employees outside smoking and dancing in parking lot said they were short staffed and would open at 3 pm puzzled I waited went back at 3:30 same cars are in parking lot lady says they now won't be open till 4 so I went back a little after 5 same lady tells me they will open at 7 so just outta curiosity I go back at 7:30 theyxare closed and all the cars are gone . This location should just close down because they have always had these problems even before covid saying they are out of all meats and cheese and sauce after seeing a delivery truck earlier that day this place is a joke.
You know how the food on the picture looks perfect and beautiful and tasty then you get it and it looks like it was thrown together by a 3 year old? The Nacho BellGrande is even a featured item. Everything was delicious though.
This is by far the most consistently ratchet and useless Taco Bell I have ever had the unfortunate experience to deal with.EVERY TIME I STOP THERE SOMETHING IS GOING ON!!!The lobby is always closed so the line is too long to even bother waiting in. They close early at random. It starts from the top. The GM of this store needs to get it together!!!!
I am hating tacobell day by day with their service. I will try to avoid atleast not go to this location. Their service is worst. After going to order no one responded for 5 minutes and then.. they rushed it and gave food. After going out we noticed they did not gave any fork or spoon to eat for veggie powerboat. We went back and asked for it and resumed our journey. And the foood was not good. They didn't gave any veggies other than lettuce in it. Afterwards we noticed they didn't even gave napkins.
