Owner is very stingy with everything! Always out of one or two bread choices. Service is not good at all. In fact, one employee is cranky all the time. I'm done going there.There's a subway 4 miles away that's a whole lot better!
The young lady who fixed my sub today was awesome. Made exactly the way I asked. They should either give her a raise or make her the manager . She is the first in almost a year that can hear what you tell her you want then make the sub right.
cheap with the toppings and they don't make the sandwiches right, do to a cheap owner, owner told employees to take a slice of cheese off my wrap saying it only got 1 triangle... which is not the case! Do own a franchise restaurant if your not going to make the sandwich the right way, your giving subway a bad name. So now I only go to she subway on 4th street by puffers.. they do it right and their toppings are always fresh.
Food was gross, place was smelly and not cleaned, bathroom was disgusting.
Okay so as far as store cleanliness goes it was very clean and the produce and everything tasted fine. My issues was the workers. First I got there and stood in the building for a few minutes no one was to be seen, I looked out the window and one of the workers was smoking and talking on the phone and just ignored the fact that customers were inside(guess her personal time is more important) then someone FINALLY came from the back and she was full of attitude and didn’t listen to half of what I said.

These people are on top of their game!Starting with a CLEAN store and moving to food that looks fresh.The staff is pleasant and good at preparing your food.I will be back
