I starting to not want to order from here anymoreThe food is good but for the second time I have had my order canceled after waiting 45 min. for it to be delivered just to have it canceled and the excuse was they were closed.
One word that describes this place....WOW! We ordered City Chicken Rolls, Quesadillas and 3 Cheesesteak subs....Everything was delicious, hot and crispy! Call ahead as they are short staffed...but definitely worth the wait! My new goto spot!
Food was great I have eaten a few times and never had a complaint you get plenty of food for what you pay for usually no more than a 20 min wait I will definitely take my family back.
The service is just plain terrible. I ordered from there today and I actually waited a total of 2 hours for my order. On top of the terrible service, the place charges about 10$+ for a tiny sub with a decent amount of fries. This location sucks compared to the other ones.
Food was very good staff friendly problem the never have or run out of menu items . Wanted wings guess what they out. Ridiculous every time you go they lack food. Call first see what they have dont waste a trip .
Wings were extremely small and not very saucy, ordered loaded fries which I did not get, and food took a long time. Two stars because the wings were crispy and the plain fries weren’t bad, just not what I ordered. Would not go back.
Food was fresh. I had a good experience. The staff is nice too. I'm definitely gonna return.
Good flavors, small portions for the price, 10 bucks for a small sandwich with a few fries, very light takeout box. 20 minute wait for sandwiches, maybe longer for wings so heads up on that. We ordered at the Chinese restaurant next door at the same time because we were really hungry and heard they were really good, nice prices, and fast but wanted to try Subcity because we really like Penn Station but it's a drive. We were eating Chinese in the car when our sandwiches were ready and ate that instead after trying the sandwiches. Might eat the rest of them tomorrow, but but not worth it for us for the portions/price.
This place is delicious! Best sub place around! Everyone that works there is awesome and down to earth. Ordered the chicken Philly, it was phenomenal! I will definitely be back (hopefully tomorrow)
