The food was really good although the fries could have used a bit less salt. There was no salt and pepper available if you wanted to add it to your sandwich.I'm a bit disappointed that I put a tip on my credit card to have to order by a board, then get up and go get my order (twice because the shakes didn't come out until well after we had gotten our food), and had to clear our own table.Although the food was good, I won't dine there again.
Had a great burger there a few weeks ago. I hope that customers will be able to eat inside soon.
I rarely eat here but my son was craving something different so i ordered online and put in all my payment information. The order went through and my credit card was charged. I drive all the way to the store and there's a sign that says they are closed due to shortage of staff. Ok, so why did my order go through and my card charged if you aren't open?!?! I call the store number multiple times the next 2 days and no answer. I call corporate and it says there are currently closed and then it hangs up!! How do I get my money back?! And why did it go through if the order wasn't accepted at the store because they are closed? I'll NEVER eat here again.
Says on google they are open until 9, says they are open till 10 on their website and says 24 hours on Apple Maps. Yet showed up at 7:30 and they were closed. You would think management would know how to update their hours online.
Been here 2x ever in my life. First time I was literally served a burger that was cold like they pulled out of the refrigerator. Years later decide I would give it one more shot, and the service was super slow, the milkshake machine was down, was told they don't serve half of the items listed on the menu such as chili dog etc..couldn't pay me to come back.
Inside closed so we tried the drive thru.Was 2nd in line no one ever took an order 30 minutes later we all started pulling out of line. If closed why no sign on drive thru? Everyone lost their lunch hr. today no one came to door when people tried that. Totally unacceptable and a waste of time.
3 different orders different days and always order wrong and one of thaf time my meat was cold when I said cold is when you warm food in microwave and one part is hot and the other one cold, the schedule said 10:00 am to 10:00 pm and when I get to the drive thru I wait for about 10 minutes and after that she told me we are close!, if you want to keep the business here you guys have to do something about it because you will loose it for sure that’s why in Lorain County to many stores and restaurants closing down is not because the virus is because the employees and owners they don’t do nothing they wants to do it when is to late, why I come here? Because the only thing I have close from work besides that other places for sure
Loved the burger!! But the new way of ordering and paying is very difficult for us seniors. Please reconsider your new policy!
Order from the kid’s menu, $4.99 for chicken fingers. Got the chicken fingers for my 6 year old. Why was it only a 2pc and I swear it was a size of a chicken nugget! Really $4.99 for 2pc that looked like chicken nuggets. My 6 year was still hungry and I took him to McDonald’s. Never again will go back there after paying $4.99 for 2pc chicken nuggets.
