order a year ago subs was completely messed up. decided to give a try again for pizza and potato boats. They didn't have the boats. the whole reason to order. Decided to get mozz sticks and pizza. the mozz sticks I got 8 .. 5 of them had the cheese busted out completely. tasted air fried. The pizza was put in box to small and was folding over. I had to use my pizza cutter to fix it. I also purchased garlic butter and never got. The worker on the phone put me on hold so long just to order and was so monotone
2nd time we've tried it and no luck,I could bad mouth them but I won't,mot sticks over and under cooked if that makes sense and pizza was too big for the box,this place needs to stand by there food,not good business practices
Ordered a taco pizza. When I got home, it was missing the lettuce...not a huge deal, but it's a taco pizza. Called Sambino's they said they could credit me $2 (yes, for lettuce) or run some to me. I decided to drive my pizza back to them to show them. They gave me a to-go package of a small handful of lettuce and 2 chocolate chip cookies. 25 mins later, eating a cold pizza. They seemed annoyed when I showed up to show them THEIR mistake and no apologies made. I try to support local but tough when minimal customer service.
We have ordered for 3 years from here and it’s always been good. Last order was all bad! The staff were not helpful and all we did was get excuses from the managers. I have been waiting to hear from the owner and. Still waiting beyond disappointed. This is what a loyal customer gets. Fed up and done I will continue to speak about my experience to family and friends to Discourage any business from them. Just an example was these mozzarella sticks not to mention the 21.00 sandwich. I ordered a salad and a sub. I was told 30 min for my order to be done it was done in 45. No one knew what was going on with my order. They were extremely busy but even with all the chaos they stayed polite. The food was great! Love their salads.
Ordered pizza and wings tonight the coustmer service was excellent and the delivery was fast the driver was a nice young lady . My favorite pizza we order there all the time food was delicious and hot
First time ordering from here and it was definitely not a disappointment. Pizza was amazing and the driver was super nice. 10/10
This place is amazing! On the day of a family funeral our original caterer got the day wrong and did not have our food for the luncheon. Sambino’s saved the day and had enough delicious food to feed 70 people in record time for us!!! We will definitely be back!
Delivery was fast and driver pleasant. Sub my wife ordered was soggy . Pizza had standing pools of oil on it. Tasted good till we notice the long brown hairs under the toppings .
Fantastic authentic pizza in Ohio. Omg. Zack the manager was very friendly on the phone. The only reason for the call was there was no x-cheese on one of our pizza's no big deal, I definitely recommend Sambino's. Awesome pizza.Ordered Sambino's again this evening.
