waitress was too slow and 3.99 for a raspberry tea and not even a refill
I had a solid experience here. Food was good (just needed a touch of salt and pepper), the server was probably the friendliest server I've ever had anywhere, and the restaurant itself was clean.If you like their competitor (a red bird) but don't like their noisy environment, this is the place for you. Even if you just want a good bite to eat for a reasonable price, this is a great place.
Love the new Mexican selections. I had the chicken tacodilla, my friends each had a bacon cheeseburger and a chicken quesadilla. We shared some spinach and artichoke dip and the coconut shrimp appetizers. It was a great! Everything was delicious, but I will say I was disappointed we didn't get any do with the coconut shrimp appetizer. But it's prefer it again.I do love fajitas, so I may try those next time.

Ruby Tuesday is one of my favorite places to go when I want a salad from a salad bar. Although they took away some of my favorite toppings (i.e artichokes) they still have a wide variety of options. Their New Orleans Seafood dish is my go to, never disappoints. But what stands out more than anything is the excellent service. We always get a friendly, attentive server.

I haven't had Ruby Tuesday's in YEARS and they didn't disappoint!!! I wish I had gotten a full slab of ribs and that broccoli was simply PERFECT!!!
Our server, Melissa, was absolutely amazing!! She was so personable and made sure everything was perfect for us. We don’t visit Ruby Tuesday often, but will definitely come back to be in her section. She needs to be recognized for her excellent service! Thanks so much!
Me and my girlfriend had dinner tonight at Ruby Tuesday's in Elyria Ohio and food was great and the service is great in a Long Island Iced Teas were very good also thank you Ruby Tuesdays for serving us and being very kind will be back my girlfriend. Brooke was our server and she got a party of 25 but she still took care of us. Also the manager Amanda was very kind and attentive also.
Salad bar is my favorite. Well stocked with lots of options. Despite being understaffed, as is everyone these days, our service was excellent. I thought the food was. Ery good. We will be back again.
