As with many places, this restaurant is also being hit with short staffing. It seems like a nice place to work so I don't understand it. Our waitress was friendly and efficient. All the food was very good!
Second time I’ve been here and no almond milk, soy, or any alternative to dairy. For a coffee shop, that’s pretty weird and rare. I’ll come back another time and if there’s a dairy alternative, I’m happy to remove the 1 star.
If I could have given this place less one star I would. Food was terrible and the waitress was worse. If you're gonna talk about customers in the kitchen you may wanna talk in low tones. Terrible!!!!!

I went for lunch on the 12th of April, I ordered the ckn quesadillas and a Reuben sandwich. My bill was $33.55. Staff was good, rubin was great, but the ckn quesadillas I think the ckn was bad as I am now very sick to my stomach and nauseous and feeling like I am going to vomit. I've already been on the toilet most of the night. I cannot sleep and I have to work 10 hrs tomorrow. I thought they tasted a little strange but just thought maybe it was a seasoning or something, and I am officially throwing up,not fun. I also did not eat anything for the rest of the day so had to be the ckn. I just checked what I had left and the ckn smells horrible. Thanks Rubin's for making me sick.
I love this place, simply because of the coffee, delicious and even more so in cold weather. I recommend it!
Overall the food is okay, a bit underwhelming in many cases. Wife called today (St. patricks day) and asked if they had any specials and they said no which was incorrect. They had corned beef with cabbage and potato dinners. Well instead we got corned beef sandwiches which I feel were overpriced since they give you a bag of snyder chips as a side. The sandwich was borderline flavorless. Im happy we didnt spend the $28 on their dinner since they dont seem to know how to make corned beef (which is easyyy). Will probably only return in a pinch.

Had been passing by this restaurant and got a chance to stop today...my Corned Beef and Pastrami sandwich was amazing and my Chocolate Mint Mocha! Friendly staff also! I will be back again real soon! Thanks!
