You advertise online that this location closes at 10 so I placed a carryout order on the website around 9:30 and recieved an email confirming the order. When I arrived at the store the door was locked and on the sign that displays the store hours it had a "9" sticker covering all the 10's that were previously there. If you have to change store hours that's fine but you need to make sure the closing times are clear both online and at the physical location. Hoping the charge isn't just accepted in the morning when the staff arrives. Please fix this.Wasn't fixed and they still charged me. Top notch service ???
I order here often and most times it's great, I've ordered salad multiple times and one of the ingredients is croutons, well I picked up an order and when I got home I noticed there wasn't any. When I called I was told " we don't use croutons in our salads". So instead of just admitting they forgot them and take responsibility for this they lie and say we have never had croutons here. ? I guess that's one way to go about things. I'd say just make sure you double check they haven't forgotten anything before you leave. But all in all they do a good job here.
Love the pizza, but it wasn't hot as it normally is this time we ordered.
My fiance and I ordered some food and very soon after she ate hers she was sick to her stomach.
*Updated Review 11/19/21* received immediate response about my previous order thank you Ben at the Elyria Chestnut Commons location for understanding and addressing where the miscommunication/mishap was when I ordered the last time and made sure he added a note to my account for future reference to assure that my pizza custimations would be accurate for future orders thank you once again. I greatly appreciate it. My order tonight was not only DELICIOUS but Triple Cheese Perfect!
The sauce was too sweet but the rest of it was good
Great tasting pizza. There are a lot of menu options to choose from. The one negative would be the price is a bit much, but the value is still worth the extra cost.
Great pizza with a really great sauce it's just a little expensive over $15 for a medium if it was cheaper I would buy it alot more
