The family and I visited Pizza Hut this evening, and we had the best service! We actually were able to eat inside, and it was so nice; the manager was very nice and accommodating. I appreciate how nice and fast the service was there! I highly recommend eating in, we were the only was there; and we will definitely be going back! Pizza Hut on abbe rd is truly the best!
Driver forgot my 2 salads, then proceeded to argue with me about giving me my cash back for them. Told me he could go back and get them, or I could credit my account. Being it almost 8pm and I dont have a account to just give me my $9.00 back. He finally did, but it was a fight the whole way. Now on to the pizza, order ed a pan pizza, dough was undercooked, cheese was barley melted. The pizza I used to get at my elementary school cafeteria had more flavor and appeal.the quality of pizza hut has been steadily declining in recent years, but that was the final straw. bad customer service and terrible food. I wont be ordering again.
Bring down the price of your chicken wings. They are not worth the price you guys are trying to charge (no offense).
Our pizza was very good. I did not care for the bread sticks. Not cut very well. Almost to well done.
the toppings on our 3 topping pizza was pretty scarce, especially since I paid for extra pineapple.
I placed my order at 7:11 pm online. It said my order would be between 60-75 minutes. At 7:54 I received a notification that my food was on the way. By 8:45, I still had not received my order. I called up to the store 6 times and never got through to a live person, so I drove up there (a 15 minute drive). When I got up there, they said it showed it was delivered, but obviously it wasn’t because for 1, I wouldn’t have drove up there, and for 2, I never received a notification that it was delivered. She refunded MOST of my money, but didn’t refund the $10 tip for the driver that never delivered my food!!!!! If I could give a 0 rating, I would!!!
pizza hut pizza has seemed to improve. the ordering and pick up was easy
toppings on pizza very skimpy i think i counted 17 pepperoni & barely any mushrooms, onions, or pineapple, & pizza could have been cooked for like 3 more minutes loved the convenience of the pick up window

Or food was so burnt we took a couple bits and threw it away. We couldn't even use the sauce to dip the pizones in bc the sauce cups weren't even filled half way. Or cheese bread was just as burnt. Normally this pizza hut location serves great food. They just didn't have it together last night
