I have gone to this location twice and both have been awful. The only reason why I went a second time is because I thought maybe it was just the people working there the first time so I gave it another chance. But I was wrong.. both times were bad experiences. I used the drive through that they have there and the girls were rude and basically just threw my food at me. I was really shocked and upset .
We ordered from this location on grubhub and somehow they messed up every single item and then left out multiple things. When we requested a refund, we got refunded for a single bagel (out of a $40 order). We called the restaurant and no one picked up.
I love the broccoli soups at this place and their sandwiches are amazing. Truly a good place to stop and taste.

They were all AWESOME people there. The manager was a sweet heart and she deserves a raise. One of the restaurants I’ve been to. THANK YOU!!
Wow service was terrible. The girl who took my order was really rude from the moment I placed my order. Then she charged me too much and apparently it was my fault because she was very rude again. It would probably be better to have your friendly staff dealing with the customers.
Employees are rude for some reason when I ask simple questions and for some reason there is always something missing or wrong. I ordered a chai latte today and it was just a plain coffee. also, they forgot cream cheese and the straws for my other drinks, and this isnt the first time.
Ran in to grab dinner rather than going through the drive-thru. While waiting in a nearly empty restaurant, the five people in the kitchen argued over who made a sandwich, dropped f-bomb 3 times, and pretended to hit each other with the pizza oven peel. Rude and disgusting.

At this point, I have nothing positive to say about this particular location. The line is ALWAYS ridiculous & there is always something missing from the bag. Today it was the soup that was to go in the bread bowl. When I am out doing my door dashing, I always decline any panera orders. They manipulate your time & ruin getting other orders. Just unacceptable service for such expensive stuff. NEVER again!! That $$ will be spent elsewhere. Makes me wonder how they're staying afloat. Probably not for long. Good riddance!! ???
