If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered through Doordash and could only finish half of my sandwich. It tasted odd, and after a while I started getting a bad stomach ache. After spending my whole night throwing up everything in my system, and my whole morning in the hospital. They gave me salmonella. When I called to warn them their product or how their preparing it got me sick. I was called a liar because no one else called up there being sick. This place and the staff are so nasty. Definitely recommend going to the chestnut commons location.
Customer service here is terrible. My husband went to pick up our online order and the lady behind the counter asked him the name.. he then proceeded to provide my first name. She again said “nameee” with more of an attitude and he spoke up and said my first name again. She then yelled “LAST NAME”.. like he was an employee there and was supposed to know that it comes in as the last name. He told her “don’t worry I’ll never be back” and she then gave an excuse that they are short staffed and busy. No reason to yell at a customer. The food was disgusting as well. We wont be back.
They have an open dining area but don't allow you to use the restroom after you have eaten. They will give you 1 napkin- order for the family, 1 napkin... Ask for more and you are given 1 more along with a death stare..... No no
Went to middle ave location. Food is always good there! Other locations disappoint us every time!

The Elyria location use to be awsome. Decline in customer service. I asked for no cheese on my sandwich on prior two visits, cheese each time. I asked for extra onion and was told it would cost me extra money. I asked if I could have the onion instead of cheese. The answer was no. Cheese cost extra so I ask not to have cheese on my sandwich then how about a little accommodation with some customer service. I was credited for my sandwiches because of the added cheese because I couldn't eat them. When I attempted to confirm no cheese on the sandwich. No response ? and then I was given cheese sauce for my potatoes ?. The sandwich was good. I won't return to that location because of poor communication and lack of customer service.
Love the food, no microwave or heat lamps, lot of choices, I'll be back

Food was good! The older lady at the counter taking the orders has poor customer care skills.
I usually get a chance to go there in the afternoon before school lets out.... always hot and fresh.
