Not only was the lady taking orders rude right off rip, she got 100% of my order wrong, gave me attitude when I asked her how much it was when I got to the window, and had to have her boss give me my order because I was being too much. I try to avoid midway mcdonalds already because of how slow they always are, but get this incident, I don't want to ever go back!I wanted 2 sausage mcgriddles sub bacon and got 1 sausage AND bacon mcgriddles, which is significantly more than what I wanted and the frappe was a caramel instead of the mocha like I had ordered.
The attitude of the employees could use some adjustment. For example when I asked for my Creamer & sugar on the side because the kiosk wouldn't let me make that option inside, I could have done without the eye rolling.
If I could give this place a zero star rating I would. Older lady in the front was very rude. Placerd my order on the kiosk. It told me that the card reader was down and to go to the register, so I did. The lady then yelled at me to use the kiosk. Um red flag. I also got two sweet and sours with my meal. I looked threw my bag and couldn't find them. I told the lady and she then Proceeded to point at the screen and yell saying is this your order because theirs no sauce on it and I would have to pay. She also didn't give me my recipe so I had no way to prove I did. I wanted to tell her that I wanted my Receipt but she walked away and never came back as I was paying.
It's unfortunate for the workers and the business that the person running drive thru is also running front register. You may definitely think about your time in the a.m. because I also believe there's 1 cook. Other than our current world dilemmas I've been coming here for yrs
Not too much has changed. The kiosks we're not accepting payments, no one running the counter, and long lines at drive- thru. Although the food was hot this time and the manager was really nice.
Vermilion Ohio, Mcds for the most part the food is Hot, stay Way from Amherst Mcds they are clueless far as getting your order out to you correctly and hot, I recommend this establishment Vermilion Ohio all the way!! I will drive out of my way to get lunch or dinner here thumbs up.
everyone avoid this mcdonald's with everything in you..... there's a extremely rude employee named Jackie, she's African American and has a lazy eye...... I've been trying to get her fired for over a year now because she is rude, pushy, and just throws your food at you to get you out the door. I'm not the only customer she's done that to..... so long as Jackie is there, avoid that place like the plague.
This place is SLOW. Workers are the rudest people ever! You sit in the drive through for 20 minutes waiting for them to even take your order. Once they think you ordered enough they say You done? You done your done! I heard this 3 times!! Like we’re trying to get our order out and they stop ya mid way! Ya done? Then ya open the bag when ya get home and the order is completely wrong! Come on McDonald’s I know it’s hard to get good workers but dam can they have one ounce of Courtesy? I’ll travel 5 miles away and go to one that actually wants business!!
HAVE THEM REPEAT YOUR ORDER AND THE PRICE!!! I went the evening of 11/30 and somehow ended up paying for someone elses entire order all on my receipt. I informed them of the mistake and asked if I could get my money back for the items I did not order. I was told this location DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS. He had me write my information down and said something would come in the mail. ???? Still nothing.
Fries was cold and the hamburger had nothing but a few onions, 2 pickles, no mustard and a drop of ketchup. Even the bun was old. Will not go back. Used to be good food now the wait time is 15 minutes and the food is terrible. Not much bang for your buck now a day's...
