Fantastic service my first time at this location.I ordered no salt fries with my meal, and by accident one of the employees put the fresh basket into the bin with the other fries. No big deal, maybe a 8-10 minute wait overall while they made fresh ones and I didn't mind.The young woman working the counter not only apologized, but very much to my surprise I was given a free meal coupon because of my wait.That type of customer service is rare, unexpected, and whole heartedly appreciated. I just started working around the area and will definitely be back, would give 6 stars if I could.
This is a good McDonalds. The store is clean and well designed. They have the new ordering kiosks so you can place your order yourself and they will bring it to you. Very cool!I like to get the hot fudge Sunday, which is really good here.I recommend this place to grab a quick bite to eat.
I dont know what has happened to McDonald's. Any other fast food place I can get in and out in 10 minutes. Maximum 15 even if it packed. McDonald's anymore I cant get to the window in 30 and half the time I still have to pull forward and wait for my food.
I ordered from the parking lot via the McDonald's app to take advantage of one of the Daily Deals. This location got my order right, unlike the location in Ashland 3-4 weeks when the app charged me $2.99 for the FREE large fries with minimum $1 purchase Daily Deal. It took a few weeks, but I finally got a refund yesterday.
Terrible service, employees wear pants down with underwear showing and seem to barely be able to speak. Complete opposite of what a McDonald's should be. Absolutely a tragedy and that's a lot for a fast food restaurant to be this bad
Ordered 6 peice nuggets, it only had 4 inside. Fries over cooked. Only reason for the 3 is e abuse of the friendly service.
It's was alright. Various quality control issues, cold or hard fries, and whatnot. But still not the worst I've had. They are friendly and would probably exchange food if it was wrong.
I just bought two burritos and a hash brown and my hash browns were left out... I know it gets busy but would appreciate if they would either fix the problem or fix it for others...
Besides the fact I order a mc chicken no lettuce and received a mc double no onions I also received about 4 hairs on my cheeseburger and about 2 hairs on my mc chicken only ketchup great/clean service.
I drive door dash in my free time for so e extra money and there hasn't been a ti.e whe. I show up and the order is ready even on I have a 10 to 15 drive there. On average I'll have to stand and wait 10 to 20 minutes and that's only if someone comes to the front and check if anyone needs help
