Food is usually good n hot, but so many times I've got 10 piece nuggets or 20 piece nuggets with only 8 or 9 nuggets in each box like really maybe once but like everytime I go? And I have been getting large fries that are no where near a full large fry more like they took a small paper fry bag from a kids meal n dumped it in a large fry container. So crazy prices went up to get ripped off on what you paid for to. Like I've definitely got shorted at least a 20 piece nuggets n large fry by now.
There was a VERY nice boy that worked here a few months ago, I believe his name was Anthony when I’ve asked employees at the store about his absence. Anthony always went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my orders, and even ask how I was. This store has gone tremendously down hill since the holiday times and it’s just right sad. Highly recommend going out of your way to a different McDonalds, it just doesn’t have the same smiling faces it used to have and its only gotten worse. Nobody cares and everyone looks MISERABLE. Possibly new management needed?
I honestly don't know why I order from here. Every time I order through grub hub they mess the order up. Every time. Constantly leaving items out... making things wrong... then all they do is put your name in their book so you can pick it up... At least this time they did that. Last time they couldn't find my order... so they wouldn't refund or replace anything.
Extremely rude workers. Came in for a DoorDash order and waited in the lobby because I arrived early. One girl kept staring over at me and then loudly said "what's she waiting for?" to another worker. I went up to the counter after that and told them I was waiting on an order for DoorDash, which still wasn't done. Then when the girl was handing me the order she was looking at me like she had a problem with me and gave me attitude when I asked where the drinks were to the order. I only asked because I'm used to drink carriers, and not them being in the bag with the food, and she apparently didn't like me asking that.
Clean, quick, modern, helpful, food was correct. Can't ask more from a Mickey Ds in my opinion. ?
Literally waited over half an hour in the drive thru line to then be told at the window that it’ll be another 7mins before my apple pies would be ready . If you want fast food don’t go here
We had a very sweet girl with a big ? smile! She handed us our food when I got my Happy meal. I asked her name , I don't want to botch it. But she made our day :) Chiara?? Thank you! She needs a raise.
This mcdonalds has really changed. They have really stepped it up. They use to be super slow and mess up your orders. You would have to pull over and wait for a long time. Now they move ppl thru quickly. Orders are correct and you very rarely pull over and wait
Asked for a mccrunchy charged me 6 dollars and didn't even make it right.... They give just a 6 piece and a mcdouble without any sauce... You people ain't worth the pay youre making.... Nobody is forcing you to work there so be happy or get a different job.
Got stuck in line for over 1 hour, COMPLETELY GRID LOCKED!!! All they served were chicken nuggets and fries….. how can I be stuck here for SO LONGGGGG terrible….
