Terribly rude staff. Called back to advise manager of situation and they defended employees actions and behavior with “being busy” as their excuse as if it made it okay. Highly disappointed, usually enjoy ordering from here.
This place blows away pizza hut, and every surrounding pizza place we have tried. We will occasionally get a few pizzas customized to us every month or so, and this Marco's has NEVER let us down. Thick, or thin crust, white, or red sauce....it's always cooked perfectly with a slight crisp and ample toppings. Great price for a meal for two with a medium-sized, we will continue business for a long time with them! Highly recommend, and they always beat the delivery time, usually by 20 minutes or more!
This location is the best around! The staff is super friendly and food has never once been unsatisfactory. I’ve noticed while waiting inside that they’re always communicating really well with each other and the manager seems to be on top of it! Great team ?
We've ordered from Marco's in Elyria on Abbey many, many times and were very satisfied. However, the last 2 times, were horrible! The pizzas ( 1 pepperoni, 1 sausage & onion and 1 Cheese w/ extra cheese - All thin crust) all looked and tasted like they were cooked ahead of time and then reheated. I'd be better off if I bought a pizza from Aldi and doctored it up myself...
Best take out/delivery pizza I have found. Consistently good.

Ordered two large two topping and a cheezy bread. Bread is borderline raw. One pizza the botton is doughy onions and green peppers, looks like these came out of a bag since they are essential diced. $35 bucks of nasty. Strange since it's been so good in the past.
