I've ordered from here numerous times.This is my first bad experience. Ordered Garden Pizza. Requested without tomato slices and added pineapple. Delivered with tomato slices, no onion, no green pepper.Called spoke to manager with all she said was sorry, someone must have taken your order wrong. Have good evening. No concessions made.
Last night we ordered an XL Pepperoni magnifico pizza and it was seriously the BEST pizza I’ve had in a LONG time!! I always like Marcos pizza anyways but this one was on point. I’m glad I got the XL this time to have left overs. :). I intended on calling them to compliment them but I got busy as life usually does. Always give credit where credits do. It’s prob nice when someone calls other then to complain. Great job guys!!
We used to order every Wednesday but in recent months the pizza quality has been going down and they get the order wrong alot. Last night we placed an order for 2 Pizzas and 1 was wrong it had black olives instead of green and there were alot and he hates black olives so he had to pick them off and when my daughter does want the black ones on hers they are very limited but when we get the wrong thing it's covered with what seems like a triple order. We call to let them know it was wrong and they put him on hold and he explained what was wrong to several different people instead of them offering to remake the pizza or give credit for a replacement next week he spent all this time and effort to be told someone may call him back . The price of everything goes up and the quality goes down? If a mistake happens what happened to fixing the mistake and keeping a loyal customer, so we will no longer be getting pizza from you
Called for a pick- up order and guy named Kevin, I believe, took my order. Arguably the friendliest service I had in a long time. He let me know how to save a couple bucks by going with a particular special. Just really friendly which is sometimes hard to come by these days. Pizza was really good too! Very happy with my experience.
I ordered a pizza, was told that they were busy and it would be 45 minutes. I was fine with that. My dog started to bark, so I went to the door and noticed the delivery guy leaving and found my pizza on the porch, in the cold weather. I'll never order there again.
I love Marcos Sheffield. Called to order a pizza tonight and spoke with Julian who took my order. He was friendly, accommodating and took my order with ease. I always have a good experience with Marco's pizza. Plus the product (always a pepperoni and mushroom pizza) is awesome!

I have order from this location for many years but today will be my last time I place a order it came wrong I called to get the right order witch no w it been two hours and eat a piece of the wrong order cause I was hungry they brought me the right order Which again it’s been hours later and refuse me of the new order cause I eat some of the wrong order I have spent a lot of money over the years order there three or four times a week good luck in the future you won’t ever get my money again
