Picked up my food and got home to realize it wasn't what I ordered. Been calling the store and corporate but no answer. I might drive back up there to let them know if I thought It would do any good.
Just called 5 times with no answer any of the calls, 2 of which I was hung up on. I Then drove by and they only had one car in the parking lot. I guess your employees are lazy or don't care about making your company any money. . Marcos Pizza it is
Slowest most unorganized Little Caesars EVER!!Waited for over an hour for my order. Placed it via the app, arrived at pickup time and it still wasn't done. Complained and the girl at the register said they were working on it. Waited for over an hour before someone actually did something.We ordered a cheese pizza and crazy bread and two 20oz drinks. They didn't even have any 20oz left. When they finally filled the order the girl in the back scolded the girl upfront for not letting the back know I had been waiting for over an hour. The way I think things work is, the order is placed via app or phone and it pops up on a screen for them to complete. So the fact they hadn't bothered to complete it and blamed the cashier girl is ridiculous! They were more concerned about producing random pizzas for the warmer than for ones placed by customers who had already paid! There were another half a dozen people waiting along with me for their orders. Yet random street people would walk in and order a cheese pizza be told "we only have pepperoni." And they would take the pepperoni just so they could leave and not have to wait. This location lacks proper management. Refused to let me take a 2 Liter in place of the missing 20oz. Why is the app selling 20oz when a location is out of inventory? Their inventory should be linked to the app so it's updated constantly!I've purposely driven 20miles out of my way to be able to place an app order from a location that actually does their job properly!!
Awful experience, waited an extra hour after arriving for our order (2 pizzas - nothing special). They hadn’t even started making it yet when we got there to pick it up. Line of 15 people inside, all waiting for their food too. Will never purchase from this Little Caesars location ever again
Terrible new manager, my mother called ahead to order a cheese pizza a little underbaked. She got there to pick it up, looked at the pizza and it was burnt. The guy said he can’t sell the product any other way ? ! Are you kidding me?? Our children our picky, no kids wants a pizza that is burnt ! FYI to this location, you just lost business. When a customer tells you they want something a certain way, you make it that way because we are paying for it and eating it. Not you!! Thanks for causing chaos in a families life because you can’t follow directions. Very inconvenient, after working two jobs and going to school every day and taking care of kids and doing everything else, the last thing I wanted to do is have to figure out dinner plan B because plan A didn’t happen becauseLittle Ceasers new management wants to be a pain. Horrible customer service!! If that’s the way he’s running the place then he shouldn’t have taken the order when I called. If my mother wouldn’t have looked at the pizza to make sure it was correct she would have spent money on a dinner the kids aren’t going to eat. Karma is real little ceasers guy, you don’t belong in the customer service industry at all.
Pizza was at best cool, not even warm. The cheesey bread was hard like it was sitting for a few hours. Was very displeased.
Well normally there pizza is pretty good but today I got raw crust and so much sauce I thought I had a sloppy Joe it was everywhere hardly any pepperoni or cheese.but they were very bust so this might have been a contributing factor so I'll just let that one slide I'll still be going back tho
Do NOT go to this Little Caesars in this Area! It was simply terrible. We accidentally order a pizza online from this place when we meant to order it from a closer Little Caesars to me I called them to cancel the order and when I mentioned about canceling our order they would hang up the phone on us. We tried this 3 times with the same thing they would hang up mentioning anything about canceling the order. So we went up there and got the pizza. We order a regular cheese pizza and it was pepperoni in the box even though it said cheese right on the box. We tried to get a refund or have them make us the pizza that we order and they denied both. So we took the pizza home and upset just when we thought it couldn't get any worse they barley even cooked the pizza. save yourself the money and time and DO NOT GO HERE. Go to a different Little Caesars location if you can. This has to be the most disappointing place and experience I have had with ordeing pizza
I used to love coming here, with a big busy family this was a quick cheap place to feed us all. When they added the pizza portal it made it even better. But now it's all bad. When the tall manager left ot went down hill. They never have more order right or ready. Order online and half hour later show up and they still don't have it ready. This will ne the last time I come here. I guess we are a Marco's family now. It's more expensive but it's always right and I can stay home!!!
What happened to this place? My order sat on the counter for 20+ minutes while they completed it, not in the warming ovens. Ice cold because it was 20 minutes past my arrival time when it was finally completed.
